Do you know someone whose expertise and values should be represented on (PMI\u00aeMC)\u2019s Board? Would you personally like to play a leadership role in (PMI\u00aeMC)?<br \/>\nService on (PMI\u00aeMC)\u2019s Board of Directors represents a major contribution to country&#8217;s project management industry development. Nominations are encouraged on behalf of and directly from (PMI\u00aeMC) members interested in serving in a volunteer leadership position. Self-nominations require an endorsement from two current (PMI\u00aeMC) members (to be included on nomination form).<br \/>\nVacant positions for a contested election:<br \/>\n\u2022 President 2022-2023<br \/>\n\u2022 General Secretary 2022-2023<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">You may find each position&#8217;s detailed roles and responsibilities from the Vacant Positions R&amp;R 2022-2023 document. (<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1rfZlGzd3wV8FCPQS2T0NeQrI_xgk7WN1\/view?usp=sharing\">Click here to download<\/a>) To submit a nomination, please complete one nomination form (<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/12dn0nehI7gvXLgCCnjt36j9vJE_GePVO\/view?usp=sharing\">click here to download<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/shorturl.at\/giHUY\">)<\/a> per candidate.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Please submit a nomination form(s), letter of intent in English, updated CV in English &amp; Mongolian, and other supporting documents by email to secretary@pmimongolia.mn by 16:00 Monday, November 22, 2021.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>(PMI\u00aeMC) Election Process:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Call for nominations starts on November 5, 2021, and closes at 16:00 on November 22, 2021. The election will begin on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, and e-ballot voting will be closed on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. The election will be conducted and observed by an independent Election Nomination Committee approved by the Board. Following the nomination deadline, (PMI\u00aeMC) Election Nomination Committee will review all applications and solicit additional recommendations as needed to form a list of qualified candidates for each position. The committee will rank candidates for each position and candidates on the short list will be contacted by the representative of the Election Nomination Committee for an interview to confirm their interest in running for election and their understanding of the specific duties and responsibilities required for service. Current PMI Mongolia Chapter&#8217;s Board of Directors may participate in the interview phase. Candidates selected for the final slate will be asked to provide brief responses to several questions to help voting members understand each candidate\u2019s goals and priorities for their term of service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important points to note regarding nominations and voting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each position requires a two-year commitment.<\/li>\n<li>To be nominated for a position, the individual must be a PMI\u00ae\u00a0&amp;PMI\u00ae\u00a0Mongolia Chapter&#8217;s member in good standing. This means their annual PMI\u00ae and PMI\u00aeMC membership dues must be up to date. People can nominate for one or more positions by submitting a completed Nomination Form for each position of interest.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates and self-nominators must be PMI\u00ae and PMI\u00aeMC members in good standing by the close of nominations at 16:00 on November 22, 2021. \u00a0This will be verified against the official members list on PMI\u00ae component system.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have two eligible nominators. All\u00a0PMI\u00ae and PMI\u00aeMC members in good standing\u00a0may considered eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Nominations close at 4 pm on Monday, November 22, 2021. \u00a0All completed Nomination forms must be emailed to &lt;<a href=\"mailto:secretary@pmimongolia.mn\">secretary@pmimongolia.mn<\/a>&gt; by this time.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must submit the nomination form filled, a current CV biography for posting, and one-page explanation of why they are applying and qualified for the position must be submitted. Incomplete applications will be automatically disqualified.<\/li>\n<li>A list of Candidates with their biographies and letters will be emailed to all eligible voting members for PMI\u00ae staff to set up an electronic voting ballot to complete.
