We are delighted to announce that Yeruult Erdenebat, an esteemed member of the PMI Mongolia Chapter, has earned the PMI-CP\u2122 (Construction Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute.<\/p>\n
Yeruult Erdenebat, PMP, MBA is a project management consultant, trainer, and process automation specialist, and the Founder of CPI Consulting LLC. He has more than a decade of professional experience in project and construction management, built environment project delivery, business development, and process automation.<\/p>\n
He earned his Project Management Professional (PMP)\u00ae certification in 2020 and holds an MBA from the University of Finance and Economics of Mongolia, as well as a Mongolian Capital Market Professional License.<\/p>\n
Throughout his career, Yeruult has managed, coordinated, and contributed to the delivery of major public-sector built environment projects, including urban development projects financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). These include the \u201cConstruction of Roads, Heating Network and Associated Infrastructure in Bayankhoshuu Sub-Centre Phase 2\u201d, where he coordinated project delivery on behalf of Ludwig Pfeiffer Hoch und Tiefbau GmbH & Co. KG.<\/p>\n
He has also led and implemented major international infrastructure development projects, including the ADB-financed Ulaanbaatar Water Supply and Sewerage Authority Infrastructure Development and Capacity Expansion Project and the Baganuur 2\u00d7350MW Supercritical Coal-Fired Co-Generation Power Plant Municipal Water-Supply, Heating and Sewage-Drain Project.<\/p>\n
Since founding CPI Consulting LLC in 2020, Yeruult has provided project management consulting, PMO development, professional training, and process automation solutions to more than two dozen Mongolian organizations, including several of Mongolia\u2019s Top 100 companies.<\/p>\n
His professional background and interests span built environment project management, project planning and controls, stakeholder engagement, procurement and contract administration, PMO development, project governance, process automation, and the practical application of PMI standards and digital technologies to improve project and organizational performance.<\/p>\n
