PMI Mongolia Chapter is pleased to celebrate our valued member, Temuulen Gankhuyag, on earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).<\/p>\n
Temuulen currently serves as a Product Lead at Khan Bank\u2019s Transaction and Process Optimization Department. He holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in International Relations and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He joined the department in 2022 as a Process Improvement Specialist, where he worked on process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology.<\/p>\n
Over the past three years, Temuulen has focused on the re-engineering of back-office processes and has served as a Senior Product Owner within the Process Re-engineering Agile Release Train. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, he has contributed to simplifying and streamlining processes, reducing execution and waiting times, and improving overall operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
His work has also involved automating manual and Excel-intensive processes and workflows, helping reduce repetitive tasks and human error while creating smoother and more efficient end-to-end processes. Through these initiatives, he continues to build practical experience at the intersection of process transformation, technology, and Agile ways of working.<\/p>\n
Alongside his newly earned PMP\u00ae credential, Temuulen holds the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) and UiPath Automation Business Analyst Associate (ABAA) certifications. His professional interests continue to center on project management, process re-engineering, automation, Agile delivery, and digital transformation.<\/p>\n
Adding the PMP\u00ae certification to his professional credentials further strengthens Temuulen\u2019s ability to bring structure and project management discipline to transformation initiatives. Combined with his experience in process improvement and automation, the credential supports him in managing cross-functional initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and turning improvement ideas into measurable business outcomes.<\/p>\n
