PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Erdenejargal Enkhbold, on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). We are especially proud to recognize Erdenejargal E. for earning the PMP\u00ae certification after successfully passing PMI’s newly updated PMP\u00ae exam.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Erdenejargal E. holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in International Relations from Mongolian International University and has professional experience in project coordination, product development, business partnerships, and marketing. During her university years, she served as President of a Local Committee and as a Local Committee Vice President responsible for Outgoing Global Exchange at AIESEC in Mongolia, an international youth-led organization. In these roles, she developed and successfully implemented projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, engaging university students and young people in various social initiatives.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She also worked as an Academic Coordinator at Human International School, where she organized projects and programs that provided students with practical learning experiences and supported collaboration among teachers, students, and parents. She later joined BlueSky Asia LLC as a Sales Marketing Manager. In this position, she developed partnerships with international booking platforms, tourism companies, and hospitality service providers, managed sales channels, and prepared service proposals and solutions for corporate and international clients.<\/div>\n

Erdenejargal E. currently works at Mobifinance NBFI LLC as a Product Owner and Business Cooperation Manager. As a Product Owner, she aligns business objectives, user needs, and stakeholder feedback with product requirements and development plans. Her responsibilities include managing the product backlog, coordinating development stages, and overseeing testing and product implementation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
During this period, she worked on the development and market launch of KAOS, a new service designed for young customers. Representing MonPay, she served as both Product Owner and Partnership Coordinator. Her role included defining user requirements, collaborating with development teams, coordinating partnerships, and supporting the service launch.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
In the area of business cooperation, she develops partnerships with strategic partners and merchants on the MonPay platform, negotiates agreements, supports the onboarding of new merchants, and coordinates day-to-day operations and promotional projects.<\/div>\n

To strengthen her project management capabilities, Erdenejargal actively participated in PMI Mongolia Chapter activities and completed the PMP Exam Prep Buddy Program, which supported her successful PMP\u00ae certification journey.<\/div>\n

By earning the PMP\u00ae certification, Erdenejargal E. has further strengthened her ability to apply globally recognized project management practices to product development, strategic partnerships, and digital service initiatives, enabling her to deliver greater value through well-managed, customer-focused projects.<\/div>\n
