On behalf of PMI Mongolia Chapter, we are delighted to congratulate our valued member, Khishigjargal Tsogtgerel, on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
\nKhishigjargal Ts. is a Senior HR Business Partner at APU Company, where she partners with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, optimize HR operating models, enhance employee experience, and strengthen performance and talent management practices.<\/p>\n
With nearly nine years of experience in human resources and organizational development, she leads strategic HR initiatives focused on building organizational capabilities and delivering sustainable business outcomes. She also led the development of the APU HR Academy, designing and implementing learning strategies to strengthen HR competencies and support organizational growth.<\/p>\n
She holds a Master\u2019s Degree in International Relations and Economics and has earned multiple international certifications in KPI & OKR Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Digital HR.<\/p>\n
Previously, Khishigjargal Ts earnied the PMI-ACP\u00ae (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification, and demonstrated her commitment to applying agile principles and adaptive ways of working in HR and organizational development. By achieving the PMP\u00ae (Project Management Professional) certification, she has further expanded her capability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and deliver business value through globally recognized project management practices.<\/p>\n
To the PMI Mongolia Chapter family, Khishigjargal Ts. is more than a valued member\u2014she has also been a dedicated volunteer since 2025. She has made meaningful contributions to the Chapter by supporting the organization of our Annual International Conference and serving as a trainer in our Professional Development Department. We want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation for her time, expertise, and genuine commitment to supporting the growth of our Chapter and community.<\/p>\n
