PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Bulgansuvd T., on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).<\/p>\n
Bulgansuvd T. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the National Research Irkutsk State Technical University (ISTU), Russia, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Business Administration Program at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST).<\/p>\n
With more than ten years of experience in human resource management, she has built a successful career across the food manufacturing, distribution, and higher education sectors. Throughout her professional journey, she has led strategic HR initiatives involving HR policy development, performance management, compensation and rewards systems, workforce planning, and organizational culture enhancement.<\/p>\n
During her time at TESO LLC and Vitafit Invest LLC, she successfully implemented projects to improve workforce capability, manufacturing productivity, performance management, learning and development, and organizational culture, contributing to long-term organizational growth.<\/p>\n
Since 2022, Bulgansuvd T. has been serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the University of Finance and Economics, where she plays a key role in implementing HR strategies aligned with the university’s vision and strategic objectives. Working collaboratively with colleagues, she has contributed to the development of the Faculty and Staff Mid-Term Development Program (2023\u20132027), strengthened the organization’s culture, enhanced the Balanced Scorecard (BSC)-based performance management framework, and led the implementation of performance evaluation modules within the university’s integrated Infosys system.<\/p>\n
By attaining the PMP\u00ae certification, Bulgansuvd T. has further strengthened her ability to integrate global project management best practices into organizational development, human resource management, and strategic transformation initiatives, enabling her to deliver sustainable value through well-managed projects.<\/p>\n
