{"id":30503,"date":"2026-07-02T14:53:39","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T06:53:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pmimongolia.mn\/?p=30503"},"modified":"2026-07-02T14:59:15","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T06:59:15","slug":"congratulations-to-our-new-pmp-30","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pmimongolia.mn\/?p=30503&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW PMP\u00ae!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, <strong>Ganchimeg Tsedendamba<\/strong>, on successfully earning the globally recognized <strong>Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae)<\/strong> certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).<\/p>\n<p>Ganchimeg Ts. is an experienced project management professional who has successfully led and coordinated numerous national and international development projects and programs, with a strong focus on community development, women&#8217;s leadership, and social empowerment in Darkhan-Uul Province.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her career, she has held several key leadership roles. She currently serves as the <strong>Coordinator of the &#8220;New Darkhan Hospital Project,&#8221;<\/strong> a strategic healthcare initiative funded by the Government of Mongolia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Ganchimeg Ts. also serves as Chairperson<strong>\u00a0of the Darkhan-Uul Women&#8217;s Association<\/strong>, where she actively promotes women&#8217;s leadership and community engagement.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Ganchimeg Ts. has served as <strong>Project Director<\/strong> for the European Union-funded project, <strong>&#8220;Empowering Women at Work: Advancing Safe and Equitable Work Places in Darkhan-Uul&#8221;.<\/strong> She previously held the position of <strong>Director of Resource Development<\/strong> at the Mongolian Red Cross Society and has worked as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator for several international organizations, including <strong>GTZ, People in Need (PIN),<\/strong> and <strong>MAXapps International Canada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ganchimeg Ts. holds a <strong>Master of Business Administration (MBA)<\/strong> from <strong>La Trobe University, Australia<\/strong>. She also graduated in\u00a0<strong>English and American Studies<\/strong>\u00a0from the National University of Mongolia and completed studies in <strong>ESL and Economics<\/strong> at <strong>Santa Monica College<\/strong> in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond her professional career, Ganchimeg Ts. has demonstrated outstanding leadership through her active community engagement. She served as the <strong>2018 President of JCI Darkhan<\/strong> and is the <strong>Founder of Toastmasters Darkhan Chapter<\/strong>, contributing significantly to leadership development and public speaking within her community.<\/p>\n<p>By attaining the <strong>PMP\u00ae certification<\/strong>, Ganchimeg has further strengthened her ability to lead complex projects with internationally recognized project management standards and best practices.
