Enkhzaya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Cracow University of Technology, the Republic of Poland, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Management at the University of Finance and Economics in Mongolia.<\/p>\n
She began her career as an Architect at Anagram LLC, where she gained valuable practical experience by working on the development of conceptual designs, detailed construction drawings, and architectural design and the implementation phase of construction projects He began his professional career as an architect at Anagram LLC, where he gained practical experience by working on the development of conceptual designs, detailed architectural drawings, and the implementation phase of construction projects.<\/p>\n
Driven by a passion for project management, she later joined MGL E&C LLC as a Project Manager, where she spent more than three years managing the preparation and management of architectural project documentation, project coordination, and the company’s operational management.<\/p>\n
Currently, Enkhzaya is serveing as a Project Development Manager in the Business Development Department of TESO Properties Group. She leads real estate development projects from the earliest stages of market research and concept development through planning, development, and implementation, She oversees the overall project development process from inception to execution, contributing to the successful delivery of high-value real estate developments.<\/p>\n
By attaining the PMP\u00ae certification, Enkhzaya has further strengthened her ability to apply global project management standards and best practices, enabling her to lead project development initiatives with greater confidence, structure, and strategic focus.<\/p>\n
