PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Uyanga-Erdene A., on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).<\/p>\n
Uyanga-Erdene A. is a public sector professional specializing in project management, information systems development, and information systems auditing.<\/p>\n
In 2019, while serving on the ERP project team at \u201cAltanjoloo\u201d Group\u2014one of the top 100 enterprises in Mongolia\u2014she defined her professional goal of specializing in project management and subsequently joined the PMI Mongolia Chapter.<\/p>\n
Since joining the National Audit Office in 2021, she has progressively promoted through positions including Business Analyst, IT Manager, Director of the Integrated Information and Technology Center, Director of the Internal Audit Department, and Lead Auditor. Throughout this period, she successfully led and managed the development and integration of audit information systems related to the functions of state audit, as well as the organization\u2019s digital transformation policy and its implementation.<\/p>\n
The information systems implemented under her professional involvement and leadership have enhanced the quality, efficiency, and transparency of state audit activities, while also establishing a solid foundation for data-driven decision-making.<\/p>\n
Since August 2025, Uyanga-Erdene has been serving as a Project Manager at the Systems Integration Department of the E-Mongolia Academy, leading strategically important initiatives that accelerate digital transformation in the public sector and contribute to improving Mongolia’s E-Government Development Index.<\/p>\n
By attaining the PMP\u00ae certification, Uyanga-Erdene A. has further strengthened her capacity to lead complex digital transformation initiatives, apply internationally recognized project management practices, and deliver greater value through technology-enabled public sector projects.<\/p>\n
