PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Tsogtbayar Myatav, on earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification.<\/p>\n
This achievement represents an important milestone in his professional journey, reflecting his continuous commitment to developing his knowledge and expertise while mastering internationally recognized project management standards.<\/p>\n
We are also pleased to recognize another significant accomplishment\u2014 Tsogtbayar M. was awarded the prestigious title of Consulting Engineer of Mongolia in Building Construction in February 2026.<\/p>\n
With 16 years of experience in the construction industry, Tsogtbayar M. currently serves as the Construction and Infrastructure Project Manager at the Khanbogd Accelerator \u2013 Oyu Tolgoi Foundation. He began his career as an engineer and has progressively built extensive experience in both EPCM and client-side project management.<\/p>\n
During his time at MCS Property LLC, he contributed to the development of the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Mine Project, working on major facilities including the Material Handling System, Crusher Facilities, and Underground Infrastructure. In addition, he has been involved in landmark construction projects such as ASEM Villa and Shangri-La, gaining valuable experience in delivering complex construction projects.<\/p>\n
Today, he leads construction and infrastructure projects under the Catalyst Fund, successfully implementing initiatives that contribute to sustainable local development and long-term community impact.<\/p>\n
