PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Saruultuya Dash, on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).<\/p>\n
Saruultuya graduated from Donghua University in Shanghai, China, with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and Trade. She is a seasoned professional with more than 10 years of experience in international trade, import operations, procurement, supply chain management, and project management.<\/p>\n
While her career began in international trade and import business, she has successfully expanded her expertise into project management and has actively contributed to the implementation of major infrastructure, industrial, and energy projects in Mongolia. Her professional journey demonstrates a strong ability to adapt, grow, and create value across multiple disciplines.<\/p>\n
Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Digital Power LLC, Saruultuya has been involved in a range of strategic projects, including building automation initiatives for Khurd Group, Moncon Group, and TESO Group, industrial automation projects for Erdenet Mining Corporation, power plant automation projects, substation development projects, and the Smart Metering System Implementation Project in Ulaanbaatar. Her responsibilities encompass project planning, procurement management, contract administration, stakeholder coordination, and project execution monitoring.<\/p>\n
Throughout the project lifecycle, she has worked closely with both local and international stakeholders to support the successful achievement of project objectives while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Her experience in procurement, contract management, logistics coordination, and project support has enabled her to make valuable contributions to the successful delivery of complex projects.<\/p>\n
By attaining the PMP\u00ae certification, Saruultuya has further strengthened her capabilities in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, planning, and value delivery. This accomplishment demonstrates her readiness to lead projects with greater effectiveness while contributing to the continued advancement of Mongolia\u2019s infrastructure, industrial, and energy sectors.<\/p>\n
