PMI Mongolia Chapter is delighted to recognize our valued member, Turbat Munkhsaikhan, on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).<\/div>\n

Turbat brings more than 10 years of experience in Mongolia\u2019s financial services sector, primarily within the non-bank financial institution (NBFI) industry. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in business development and branch operations, building extensive experience in financial products, operational management, customer service, and business growth.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He currently serves as a Senior Branch Administration Manager at InvesCore NBFI JSC, one of Mongolia\u2019s leading fintech and financial service organizations.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Over the years, Turbat has contributed to several strategic and innovative initiatives that have supported the growth of Mongolia\u2019s financial sector. Among his notable achievements, he contributed to the successful issuance of Mongolia\u2019s first MNT 50 billion asset-backed security, representing a significant milestone in the country’s capital market development.<\/div>\n

He has also played a leading role in the design and implementation of a wide range of lending products, including securities-backed loans, green business and vehicle loans, NBFI portfolio-backed loans, Pocket merchant loans, and tender future income-backed loans. These initiatives have helped expand access to financial services while supporting innovation in lending practices.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In addition, Turbat led the development of Mongolia\u2019s first dealer-originated lending agent application credit scoring framework, demonstrating his ability to combine financial expertise, innovation, and technology to improve customer experience and lending efficiency.<\/div>\n

His professional experience also includes participation in international funding and development programs involving globally recognized organizations such as BlueOrchard, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Lendahand. Through these initiatives, he has gained valuable experience working with international stakeholders and development partners to support sustainable financial growth.<\/div>\n

By attaining the PMP\u00ae certification, Turbat has further strengthened his capabilities in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, planning, and value delivery. This achievement reflects his readiness to successfully lead increasingly complex initiatives and contribute to the continued advancement of Mongolia\u2019s financial and fintech sectors.<\/div>\n
