We are honored to welcome Ms. Ulzii-Utas Tumenjargal, Director of the Project Management Department at Golomt Bank<\/span><\/strong>, as our Guest Speaker. She will share her expertise on the topic:\u00a0“Project Management Excellence: Practices and Lessons Learned at Golomt Bank”<\/strong><\/p>\n As one of Mongolia\u2019s leading financial institutions, Golomt Bank<\/span> has continuously advanced its project management capabilities to successfully deliver strategic initiatives and organizational transformation projects. During this session, Ms. Ulzii-Utas T. will share valuable insights into the bank\u2019s project management practices, lessons learned, and experiences gained through managing complex projects in a dynamic business environment.<\/p>\n Ms. Ulzii-Utas T. has built an accomplished career in project management and organizational transformation. Since joining Golomt Bank in 2017, she has served as a Project Management Specialist, Senior Project Manager, and currently as Director of the Project Management Department. In these roles, she has contributed significantly to strengthening project governance, enhancing project delivery capabilities, and supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.
