Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, including Business Development Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT Project Manager, and Product Owner, gaining extensive experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.<\/p>\n<p>During her tenure at InvesCore NBFI, she contributed to several strategic initiatives, including the development and implementation of a Loan Origination System (LOS), Core Banking System projects, government system integrations, and the establishment of the organization\u2019s subsidiary company in Kyrgyzstan. These projects enabled her to deepen her expertise in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technology-driven business transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Later, as an IT Project Manager at Tavan Bogd Nura LLC, Enkh-Erdene played a key role in the development and implementation of an Odoo ERP system, overseeing module implementation, stakeholder alignment, and implementation coordination to support successful project outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, she serves as a Product Owner at NetCapital Finance NBFI LLC, where she focuses on internal ERP system development, business process improvement, requirements management, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation coordination.
