Anu Naidandorj is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at QPAY, bringing over 10 years of leadership experience across the banking, finance, and information technology sectors. In her current role, she spearheads the delivery of innovative product strategies and secure IT infrastructure, leveraging deep expertise in system development to drive value within the fintech industry.<\/p>\n
Before joining QPAY, Anu N. held several high-impact leadership and advisory positions. She served as an Advisor at Rio Tinto, focusing on global Technology Business Management, and was the CEO of Gerege Kiosk. Her extensive background also includes leading the System Management Department at Invescore NBFI and managing international projects for Citi Bank Europe, where she directed global virtual teams.<\/p>\n
Anu Naidandorj also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) certification from PMI\u00ae. A dual-certified professional holding both PMP and PMI-ACP designations, Anu N. has successfully delivered numerous large-scale software projects and coordinated complex infrastructure upgrades.<\/p>\n
Her academic foundation is equally robust, featuring a Master of International Economics from Budapest Business School, a Financial Management degree from the University of Humanities, and a Diploma in Project Management from the University of Central Florida.<\/p>\n
Beyond her executive responsibilities, Anu N. is a dedicated servant-leader who drives alignment across cross-functional teams and actively serves as a Board member of the PMI Mongolia Chapter. She is deeply passionate about digital transformation, agile methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the technology community.<\/p>\n
