The PMI Mongolia Chapter is proud to congratulate Tselmeg Davaajav on successfully earning the Program Management Professional (PgMP\u00ae) certification\u2014one of the most prestigious and globally recognized credentials awarded by the Project Management Institute.<\/p>\n
Notably, Tselmeg D. is the third professional in Mongolia to earn this distinguished certification, marking a significant milestone for his career and for program management in the country.<\/p>\n
This marks his second PMI certification, as he previously earned the Project Management Professional (PMP\u00ae) credential in September 2023. Holding both PMP\u00ae and PgMP\u00ae certifications demonstrates not only strong mastery of project execution but also advanced capability in managing multiple, complex programs aligned with strategic business objectives.<\/p>\n
Tselmeg D. currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Shunkhlai Holding, where he leads cross-functional initiatives focused on business transformation and portfolio delivery excellence. He also acts as PMO Manager at GS25 (Digital Concept), overseeing governance, planning, and stakeholder management across both agile and waterfall initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked as a PMO Planner at MMS Engineering, supporting project scheduling, coordination, and execution control in engineering environments.<\/p>\n
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Tselmeg D. actively contributes to the community as a mentor in the PMI Mongolia Chapter\u2019s PMP exam preparation buddy program, helping develop the next generation of project management professionals in Mongolia.<\/p>\n
