Khulan Guntevsuren<\/strong>\u00a0is an Urban Planning and Transportation\/Civil Engineer specializing in integrated transportation networks and infrastructure systems. She holds engineering degrees from Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan and, Mongolian University of Science and Technology,<\/strong>\u00a0and is fluent in\u00a0Japanese and English<\/strong>, bringing cross-cultural communication skills to multinational project environments.<\/p>\n Khulan G. currently serves as an\u00a0Urban Planning and Transportation Engineer<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0Integrated Project Management Office (IPMO) of Ulaanbaatar City<\/strong>, where she\u00a0works on the analysis, planning, and coordination<\/strong>\u00a0of the city\u2019s major infrastructure and transportation initiatives. Her work focuses on\u00a0transportation network modeling and scenario analysis using PTV VISUM<\/strong>, supporting evidence-based decision-making on transportation demand and network performance, while enhancing project coordination and delivery through the practical application of\u00a0PMBOK\u00ae-based project management practices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Prior to joining IPMO, Khulan G. worked as a Project Engineer<\/strong> at\u00a0GIP LLC<\/strong>, contributing to complex mining projects at\u00a0Oyu Tolgoi<\/strong>,\u00a0including the Mine Ventilation and Pump Station Relocation Project.<\/strong> In this role, she managed complex technical interfaces, supported improvements in operational efficiency, and ensured compliance with engineering, construction, and safety standards.<\/p>\n The attainment of the\u00a0PMP\u00ae certification<\/strong>\u00a0reflects Khulan\u2019s commitment to professional excellence, leadership development, and global best practices in project delivery. She combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills, inspiring emerging professionals engaged in Mongolia\u2019s urban development and infrastructure projects.
