This achievement is particularly noteworthy as Tsend-Ayush Unenchimeg becomes the second professional in Mongolia to earn the PMI-CPMAI\u2122 certification, marking an important milestone in the advancement of AI-enabled project management practices in the country.<\/p>\n
This accomplishment also represents her second PMI certification. She previously earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)\u00ae certification in June 2025, demonstrating her strong commitment to continuous learning, professional excellence, and adherence to global project management standards.<\/p>\n
She holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in International Relations from the National University of Mongolia. She began her professional career at Tavan Bogd Finance LLC, joining the company at its inception. Over three years, she served as a Product Development Manager, contributing to the development and successful market launch of digital financial products tailored to local needs.<\/p>\n
Working in Agile environments alongside experienced international vendors, she has taken on diverse roles including Product Owner and Business Analyst. This experience has provided her with comprehensive, hands-on expertise across the fintech product lifecycle\u2014from ideation and strategy to execution and implementation.<\/p>\n
By earning the PMI-CPMAI\u2122 certification, Tsend-Ayush demonstrates her readiness to lead AI-enabled initiatives responsibly and strategically, helping organizations unlock value while navigating complexity and change.<\/p>\n
