The PMI-PMOCP certifies his expertise in leading and shaping Project Management Offices (PMOs), demonstrating his ability to drive strategic value. It shows he understands the unique needs, challenges, and culture of each organization in crafting an optimal PMO structure.<\/p>\n
Narankhuu Sukhee holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in International Economics from the Institute of International Economics and Business and a Master\u2019s degree in Financial Management from the University of Finance and Economics.<\/p>\n
He has accumulated 18 years of experience in the banking and financial sector since 2007, having served as an Economist, Senior Economist, and Regional Credit Specialist at Mongol Post Bank, Savings Bank, and State Bank.<\/p>\n
Since 2023, Narankhuu S. has been working as a Manager at the Business Cooperation Unit of the State Bank, the unit responsible for organizational project management functions. In this role, he is actively engaged in developing a value-driven PMO and transforming project management practices based on customer-centric principles.<\/p>\n
He focuses on enhancing the organization\u2019s project management policies, methodologies, and processes; strengthening team collaboration; improving value delivery; and gradually advancing the governance, operational capability, and service functions of the Project Management Office.<\/p>\n
He further aims to align projects and programs with the organization\u2019s strategic objectives, support stakeholder alignment and needs-based decision-making, and establish clear and measurable PMO value across the organization.<\/p>\n
Throughout his career, Narankhuu S. has demonstrated unwavering dedication to professional growth and excellence.\u00a0 His achievement of the PMI-PMOCP\u2122 certification demonstrates not only his expertise but also his dedication and aspiration to drive meaningful change within his organization and the broader project management community.<\/p>\n
