We are delighted to announce that Tuvshinsanaa Baasanjav, a valued member of the PMI Mongolia Chapter, has successfully earned the PMI-CP\u2122 certification (PMI Construction Professional) issued by the Project Management Institute.<\/p>\n
Tuvshinsanaa Baasanjav\u00a0holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Systems Automation Engineering from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Automation. He has continuously developed his professional skills, earning the Professional Engineer in Building Automation Systems designation in 2023, and becoming an EDGE Expert in Green Building Assessment, certified by the International Finance Corporation, in 2024.<\/p>\n
Tuvshinsanaa B. began his career in 2018 as an Electrical and Automation Engineer at Vitafit Invest LLC, where he was responsible for managing complex automated operations in the factory. From 2020 to January 2024, he worked as a Project Engineer for the \u201cUlaanbaatar Urban Services and Ger Areas Development Investment Program.\u201d Since January 2024, he has been working as a Project Engineer at Oyu Tolgoi LLC.<\/p>\n
Throughout his involvement in both domestic and international projects and programs, he has encountered various challenges and gained valuable experience in overcoming them. These experiences have inspired him to further explore international project management methodologies and best practices, and to continuously enhance his professional capabilities. Tuvshinsanaa\u2019s determined efforts to enhance his professional skills and continuously advance his knowledge and education have laid the foundation for his success.<\/p>\n
