We are delighted to announce that Uuganchimeg Batzorig, a valued member of the PMI Mongolia Chapter, has successfully earned the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP)\u00ae Certification issued by the Project Management Institute. \"\ud83c\udf89\"<\/span>\"\u2728\"<\/span>\"\ud83d\ude80\"<\/span><\/div>\n

Uuganchimeg Batzorig holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Language Education from Orkhon University, Mongolia, and a Master\u2019s degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development from Tongji University in Shanghai, China. She is fluent in English and has limited knowledge of German.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She started her career as a journalist and translator, later advancing to a public relations specialist role where she developed strong communication and writing skills. Her career took a new turn when she stepped into her first project management role at Erxes Inc., a Mongolian SaaS company offering open-source customer experience and growth marketing solutions. She led and supported a variety of IT and business projects from internal workflow improvements to client-facing solutions. Working in a fast-paced SaaS environment helped strengthen her skills in Hybrid collaboration, stakeholder communication, and team coordination. Since then, her passion for project management and development has deepened, leading her to pursue it at the professional level through the PMP certification.<\/div>\n

Currently, she is on maternity leave and preparing to return to work energized and more committed than ever to creating value through effective, people-centered project leadership. With a mindset focused on growth and continuous improvement, she looks forward to new challenges and meaningful contributions in the field of project management.<\/div>\n
