These credentials reflect his unwavering commitment to professional growth and excellence in project and construction management. He began his construction career at NCD Group after graduating with a Bachelor of Science, in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Utsunomiya University, Japan in June 2016. In 2017, Batnasan joined the Thiess Group, where he played a pivotal role in the Conveyor to Surface Boxcut and Decline Development Project at the Oyu Tolgoi mine in Umnogovi Aimag. Over the years, he has steadily risen through the ranks, progressing from Junior Civil Engineer to his current role as Construction Superintendent.<\/div>\n

Throughout his career, Batnasan has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale and complex infrastructure projects. Among his most notable achievements are:<\/div>\n
\u2022 The completion of Mongolia\u2019s first Multi-Plate Arch Tunnel construction project, which set new standards in the region.<\/div>\n
\u2022 The Conveyor to Surface Permanent Services Installation Project, which included the installation of critical underground utilities such as water, compressed air, and electrical systems at Oyu Tolgoi mines.<\/div>\n
