\"\"<\/td>\nDr. Shinyi Carol Lin is the distinguished professor currently serving as the Dean of the College of Management at National Taichung University of Education (NTCU) since July 2020.In addition to her role as Dean, Dr. Lin is an Honorary Consultant for the \u201cCentral Taiwan Women\u2019s Power Forum\u201d under the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation and serves as the President of PMI Taiwan, the Taiwanese chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), for the term 2025-2026. She is the founder of communities such as @Agiles Panama, Women in Agile, Data Science Community, Heart of Agile Panama and is a jury member of the PMO Global Awards.
