Nominations are encouraged on behalf of and directly from (PMI\u00aeMC) members interested in serving in a volunteer leadership position. To submit a nomination, please complete one nomination form per candidate. The nomination form is <a href=\"https:\/\/pmimongolia-my.sharepoint.com\/:b:\/g\/personal\/secretary_pmimongolia_mn\/EYI_syVHGsJKlPWnLmeJzaUB65o9kd3PgXv8Jt6JEweeWQ?e=mf01oE\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Nomination_form_PMI MC 2025-2026 Election.pdf<\/span><\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Please submit a nomination form(s), letter of intent in English, updated CV in English, recent photo and other supporting documents by email to administration@pmimongolia.mn by 16:00 Wednesday, December 11, 2024.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(PMI\u00aeMC)\u00a0Election\u00a0Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Call for nominations starts on November 27, 2024, and closes at 16:00 on December 11, 2024. The\u00a0election\u00a0will begin on December 20, 2024, and e-ballot voting will be closed on December 25, 2024. The\u00a0election\u00a0will be conducted and observed by an independent\u00a0Election\u00a0Nomination Committee approved by the Board. Following the nomination deadline, (PMI\u00aeMC)\u00a0Election\u00a0Nomination Committee will review all applications and solicit additional recommendations as needed to form a list of qualified candidates for each position. The committee will rank candidates for each position and candidates on the shortlist will be contacted by the representative of the\u00a0Election\u00a0Nomination Committee for an interview to confirm their interest in running for\u00a0an election\u00a0and their understanding of the specific duties and responsibilities required for service. Candidates selected for the final slate will be asked to provide brief responses to several questions to understand each candidate\u2019s goals and priorities for their term of service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important points to note regarding nominations and voting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each position requires a two-year commitment.<\/li>\n<li>To be nominated for a position, the individual must be a PMI\u00ae &amp;PMI\u00ae Mongolia Chapter member in good standing. This means their annual PMI\u00ae and PMI\u00aeMC membership dues must be up to date. People can nominate one or more positions by submitting a completed Nomination Form for each position of interest.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates and self-nominators must be PMI\u00ae and PMI\u00aeMC members in good standing at the time of nominations submission. \u00a0This will be verified against the official members list on PMI\u00ae Thoughtspot.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have two eligible nominators. All PMI\u00ae and PMI\u00aeMC members in good standing will be considered eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Nominations close at 16:00 on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. \u00a0All completed Nomination forms and supporting documents in PDF must be emailed to &lt;<a href=\"administration@pmimongolia.mn\">administration@pmimongolia.mn<\/a>&gt; by this time.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must submit the filled-out nomination form, a current CV biography for posting, recent photo and a one-page explanation (cover letter) of why they are applying and qualified for the position must be submitted. Incomplete applications will be automatically disqualified.<\/li>\n<li>A list of Candidates with their biographies and cover letters will be emailed to all eligible voting members for PMI\u00ae staff to set up an electronic voting ballot to complete.
