A statistic is the language of data and a social storyteller. Therefore, statistics can be used in all sector including a government, media, bank or finance by researchers, students, managers, organizations and individuals. In this episode, Miss Ariunzaya, a Chairperson of the National Statistics Office of Mongolia was invited to talk about the application of statistical methods to project management.

The main factor influencing project success is to have an accurate and research-based plan in the project preparation stage. She emphasized that statistics represent an essential part of a study /research. It is therefore important to conduct accurate data analysis in a project planning and control stage.

She has shared practical advice to project managers, how to find accurate data and apply data analysis properly.
