PMI Mongolia Chapter is the only known and authorized organization in Mongolia to provide project management training & workshop and facilitate globally accepted and recognized PMI® Certifications including PMP® credential.

Our first training was organized in 2014 for Introduction to Project Management course and now we have expanded our courses in 10 key knowledge areas of PMBOK® Guide and PMP® exam preparation course. The first advanced level PMP exam preparation course was organized in 2015 and, first locally prepared Project Management Professionals were certified by PMI Global® in the same year.

Currently, we are providing introductory and intermediate level of project management training courses based on PMBOK® Guide and in lined with standards and guidelines of PMI Global®, which we are aiming to develop professionals who are currently working in the field of Project Management or those who are interested in developing project management soft skills as this profession requires not only professional work experience but also continuing education. While technical skills are core to project and program management, PMI® research tells us they’re not enough in today’s increasingly complex and competitive global marketplace.

Companies are seeking added skills in leadership and business intelligence — competencies that can support longer-range strategic objectives that contribute to the bottom line.

PMI Mongolia Chapter training education hours are accepted globally and considered official PDUs for existing PMPs.
