PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Khishigjargal Sukhbalsan, on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Khishigjargal S. is an experienced project management and water infrastructure professional with over 15 years of international experience delivering complex water resource, environmental, and infrastructure projects across Mongolia, South Korea, and Indonesia. Her expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, engineering design, procurement, contract administration, construction supervision, commissioning, and operational management.
Throughout her career, Khishigjargal S. has successfully led and supported high-impact projects with organizations including Oyu Tolgoi LLC, Millennium Challenge Account–Mongolia, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the Office of National Water Committee, and the Water Supply and Sewerage Authority of Ulaanbaatar. She has extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with international standards such as FIDIC and the IFC Performance Standards.
With a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Dankook University in South Korea, Khishigjargal S. combines strong technical expertise with strategic project leadership. Her passion for continuous professional development has led her to earn the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, reinforcing her commitment to applying international project management best practices to deliver sustainable infrastructure projects and create lasting value for organizations and communities.
