CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEW PgMP®!

PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates Ms. Gantsetseg Erdenebat on earning the prestigious Program Management Professional (PgMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

This remarkable accomplishment marks her second PMI certification, following the PMP® credential she earned in 2018, and reflects her continuous commitment to professional excellence, lifelong learning, and advancing the project management profession in Mongolia.

With the achievement of the PgMP® credential, Gantsetseg E. has become the fourth PgMP® certification holder in Mongolia, joining a distinguished group of professionals recognized for their advanced expertise in program management and strategic leadership.

Gantsetseg E. currently serves as the Director of Finance of PMI Mongolia Chapter and previously served as Vice President of Professional Development. Throughout her career, she has successfully led and managed multiple projects and programs across both the private and public sectors, including leadership roles at ITZONE LLC and as an accountant at the Consulate General of Mongolia in Istanbul.

Beyond her professional achievements, Gantsetseg E. has made a lasting contribution to Mongolia’s project management community through her volunteer leadership with PMI Mongolia Chapter. As one of the lead instructors of the Chapter’s PMP® Exam Preparation Program, she played a key role in transitioning training materials to the PMBOK® Guide Sixth Edition and led the translation and publication of the PMI Lexicon into Mongolian. In recognition of her outstanding dedication and impact, she was honored as PMI Mongolia Chapter’s Best VP of the Year in 2019.

The PgMP® certification is one of PMI’s most prestigious credentials, designed for senior professionals who manage multiple, related projects aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives. It recognizes advanced competency in delivering strategic outcomes, coordinating complex initiatives, and leading diverse stakeholders across programs.
