She began her career at a major information technology company, working on software and information technology projects, and progressed from a project employee to a project manager. During this time, she deepened her expertise in project management and earned the internationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2018.

Since 2025, she has been working as a senior engineer at the PMO of the Integrated Project Management Office, which is responsible for major projects in Ulaanbaatar city.

She leads the implementation of international project management methodologies across the IPMO’s projects, aligning them with public sector processes, establishing an effective project management framework, and driving its continuous improvement.
She is also committed to strengthening organizational project management capabilities by training, developing, and continuously upskilling employees.

Her professional journey—from successfully leading IT and construction projects to advancing organizational project management through PMO implementation—reflects a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Her efforts in aligning international project management methodologies with public sector practices, as well as her focus on developing and upskilling professionals, are making a meaningful impact on strengthening project management capabilities in Mongolia.

We are confident that she will continue to play an important role in advancing the project management profession in Mongolia and inspiring the next generation of project professionals.
