CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEW PMP®!

We are delighted to announce that Tuvshinsanaa Baasanjav, an esteemed member of the PMI Mongolia Chapter, has successfully earned the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification issued by the Project Management Institute.

Tuvshinsanaa Baasanjav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Systems Automation Engineering from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Automation. He has continuously developed his professional skills, earning the Professional Engineer in Building Automation Systems designation in 2023 and becoming an EDGE Expert in Green Building Assessment, certified by the International Finance Corporation, in 2024. In July 2025, he earned the Construction Professional (PMI-CP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), followed by the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification on December 31, 2025.

Tuvshinsanaa  began his career in 2018 as an Electrical and Automation Engineer at Vitafit Invest LLC. From 2020 to January 2024, he worked as a Project Engineer for the “Ulaanbaatar Urban Services and Ger Areas Development Investment Program.” Since January 2024, he has been working as a Project Engineer at Oyu Tolgoi LLC.

Through his involvement in both domestic and international projects and programs, he has encountered a wide range of challenges and gained solid experience in successfully overcoming them. These experiences have strengthened his capability to apply international project management standards and best practices, particularly in construction, infrastructure, and large-scale industrial projects.

Tuvshinsanaa’s disciplined and consistent pursuit of PMI professional certifications reflects his strong commitment to lifelong learning, professional excellence, and becoming a globally competitive project leader. His journey demonstrates not only technical capability, but also resilience, dedication, and a clear vision for continuous improvement. This achievement serves as an inspiring example for young engineers and project managers in Mongolia.
