CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEW PMP®!

Congratulations to PMI Mongolia Chapter’s member Mr. Battsengel Tserendejid on earning the globally recognized (Project Management Professional) (PMP) ® Certification issued by the Project Management Institute.

Mr.Battsengel is a dynamic Construction and Commercial manager with over 10 years of experience in the construction & mining industry. He has gained a proven track of record in contract management within mining & construction projects.

Mr. Battsengel has a sound understanding of project management and has strong safety culture. He is passionate in developing and setting new standards for Mongolian construction industry, specifically all facets of quantity surveying, scheduling & quality management and bringing it to the international level.

In his recent role as Head of Construction Project Department at Tavan Bogd Trade LLC, he worked at prestigious projects such as the Tavan Bogd Group Head office and the Mega Nura AI-based diagnose center (June 2023 – January 2024).

Prior to this, Mr.Battsengel has gained experience working as Contracts & Commercial Manager at Premium Projects LLC at projects like the Lapland Finland house project and CU Food Product Centre (Oct 2021 – March 2023), Progress Management Analyst at Worley Engineering: Oyu Tolgoi LLC’s Underground project (Oct 2017 – Dec 2020), Quantity Surveyor at MCS Property LLC: New Ulaanbaatar International Airport Project (Aug 2013 – Sep 2017) and Cost engineer at PCDP LLC: Oyu Tolgoi LLC’s Batch plant #4 project, Erdenet mining extension building project, Erel LLC Choijin suits luxury apartment project, Sky trading LLC’s E-mart project and Tedment LLC, Food Wholesale Market building (Aug 2013 – Sep 2017).

Battsengel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Mongolian University of Science and Technology and he is currently pursuing CFA preparation at the University of Finance and Economics, Mongolia.
