Congratulations to Ms. Temuul Batnyam, PMI Mongolia Chapter’s esteemed Board member and General Secretary, on her recent achievement of obtaining the prestigious PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®)!

Ms. Batnyam’s unwavering commitment to professional growth is truly commendable, exemplified by her remarkable attainment of PMI certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist credential.

Currently serving as a Technical Product Manager at Khan Bank, Ms. Batnyam has been instrumental in leading software projects within the Financial and Banking sectors since 2011. Her passionate commitment to the adoption of both traditional Project Management methodologies and Agile practices within Khan Bank’s PMO demonstrates her profound dedication to advancing project management principles in Mongolia. Notably, Ms. Batnyam has been generously volunteering her expertise as an instructor for Project Management training at the PMI Mongolia Chapter since 2022.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Batnyam held various important positions, including Portfolio Manager at Khan Bank and roles such as Head of PMO, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Quality Engineer, and System Developer at XacBank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from the National University of Mongolia, where she began her professional journey as a Programmer at Minerva Creation and later as a System Engineer at the Ulaanbaatar City Traffic Control Center.
