Enkhsaikhan is a seasoned business transformation leader, ERP consulting executive, and technology strategist with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations modernize operations, optimize business processes, and achieve sustainable growth through digital transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, she has specialized in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV), leading complex implementation programs that align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
Over the years, she has successfully partnered with organizations across diverse industries, including petroleum, mining, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, real estate, and outsourcing services. Her expertise encompasses business process transformation, strategic planning, enterprise solution architecture, stakeholder management, organizational change management, governance, and large-scale ERP program delivery.
Earlier in her career, Enkhsaikhan served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Mongolia, where she delivered ERP transformation initiatives for organizations including Petro Matad, Orem Trade, and other leading enterprises. These projects enabled her to develop deep expertise in business process reengineering, enterprise solution delivery, client advisory services, and organizational transformation.
She later joined MSM Group as a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant, where she contributed to ERP modernization initiatives, manufacturing process optimization, enterprise reporting solutions, and user adoption programs that enhanced operational performance and business efficiency.
Today, as the CEO of EM Consulting LLC, Enkhsaikhan leads a team dedicated to helping organizations navigate digital transformation and operational excellence through technology-enabled solutions. Under her leadership, the company has successfully delivered Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for organizations such as MCS Estates, Wellbee, Moncement Building Materials, Naran Mandal Enterprises, UL Equipment, International Medical Center, MCS International, and many others. Through these engagements, she continues to support business leaders in achieving greater operational visibility, stronger governance, improved decision-making, and long-term organizational success.
