PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Undram Gansukh, on earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Undram G. is a strategic HR professional with a multidisciplinary background in psychology, organizational development, and project management. She holds degrees in Engineering Technology and Business Administration from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Clinical Psychology from National Dong Hwa University in Taiwan, combining business, technical, and human-centered perspectives throughout her career.
She currently serves as a Strategic HR Partner at APU JSC, where she leads strategic workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, HR transformation, and change management initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. Previously, she managed HR consulting projects at Mongolia Talent Network, leading national initiatives such as the HRS 2024 labour market research project and organizational culture surveys for major clients.
Throughout her professional journey, Undram G. has built extensive experience across HR consulting, learning and development, organizational transformation, executive support, and digital transformation in the healthcare sector. Working closely with senior leaders and executive teams, she has successfully contributed to the implementation of strategic initiatives and organizational change across diverse organizations.
By earning the PMP® certification, Undram G. has further strengthened her ability to lead strategic transformation initiatives using internationally recognized project management practices. The credential complements her expertise in organizational development and human resources, enabling her to deliver even greater value through structured execution, stakeholder collaboration, and sustainable organizational change.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Undram G. has been volunteering at PMI Mongolia Chapter since 2021. We are deeply grateful for the time, expertise, professional skills, and genuine commitment she has devoted each year to the successful organization of our Annual International Conference.
