CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW PMP®!

PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Bayanjargal Munkh-Orshikh, on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).👏💖💖

Bayanjargal M. has experience spanning engineering, public sector governance, and large-scale mining projects.
She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Engineering Technology and Business Administration from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, combining technical expertise with business knowledge from the beginning of her career.

She started her professional journey at Gobi Cashmere, where she contributed to the implementation of Mongolia’s first 100% cashmere men’s suit production line. Working at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing, she supported the localization of Hungarian production technology for the Mongolian manufacturing environment.

She later transitioned into the public sector as a Human Rights Compliance Officer at the National Committee for Human Rights under the Government of Mongolia. In this role, she supported the implementation of Mongolia’s National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights and coordinated the Local human rights review and reporting across all 21 provinces and the capital city, working with government institutions and diverse stakeholders.

She currently serves as a Project Coordinator at Orem Trade LLC, an engineering and industrial solutions provider serving Mongolia’s mining and mineral processing industry and an authorized distributor of global manufacturers including Metso and Flowserve.

She coordinates the execution of complex mining projects involving heavy industrial equipment, overseeing activities from international procurement and logistics to customs clearance, site delivery, installation, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination across multiple vendors and project phases.

Her multidisciplinary background enables her to bridge engineering, business, and project management while delivering practical solutions in technically complex and stakeholder intensive environments.

PMI Mongolia Chapter extends its heartfelt congratulations to Bayanjargal M. on this outstanding accomplishment and wishes her continued growth and success throughout her professional journey. May she go on to lead many more impactful engineering and mining projects that contribute meaningful value to her organization, industry, and community.
