CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW PMP®!

PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Ganchimeg Tsedendamba, on successfully earning the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Ganchimeg Ts. is an experienced project management professional who has successfully led and coordinated numerous national and international development projects and programs, with a strong focus on community development, women’s leadership, and social empowerment in Darkhan-Uul Province.

Throughout her career, she has held several key leadership roles. She currently serves as the Coordinator of the “New Darkhan Hospital Project,” a strategic healthcare initiative funded by the Government of Mongolia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Ganchimeg Ts. also serves as Chairperson of the Darkhan-Uul Women’s Association, where she actively promotes women’s leadership and community engagement.

In addition, Ganchimeg Ts. has served as Project Director for the European Union-funded project, “Empowering Women at Work: Advancing Safe and Equitable Work Places in Darkhan-Uul”. She previously held the position of Director of Resource Development at the Mongolian Red Cross Society and has worked as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator for several international organizations, including GTZ, People in Need (PIN), and MAXapps International Canada.

Ganchimeg Ts. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from La Trobe University, Australia. She also graduated in English and American Studies from the National University of Mongolia and completed studies in ESL and Economics at Santa Monica College in the United States.

Beyond her professional career, Ganchimeg Ts. has demonstrated outstanding leadership through her active community engagement. She served as the 2018 President of JCI Darkhan and is the Founder of Toastmasters Darkhan Chapter, contributing significantly to leadership development and public speaking within her community.

By attaining the PMP® certification, Ganchimeg has further strengthened her ability to lead complex projects with internationally recognized project management standards and best practices. This accomplishment reinforces her capacity to deliver impactful development initiatives and create long-term value for communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
