CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEW PMI-PBA®!

The PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates our valued member, Adilbish Bat-Erdene, on achieving the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) certification. This accomplishment reflects his strong expertise in business analysis and his continued commitment to advancing professional excellence in project management.

Notably, this marks his fourth PMI certification, demonstrating his dedication to continuous learning and mastery across multiple project management disciplines.

Adilbish Bat-Erdene is currently working as a Project Engineer at AWCON Pty Ltd in Australia. He also works as a Consulting Engineer Richwell Engineering LLC, Urban Development Consulting Group LLC, and Mon Energy Consult LLC. Adilbish B. is a Certified Structural Design Consultant Engineer accredited by the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development of Mongolia; a Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Certified Construction Professional (PMI‑CP™), a Project Management Office Certified Professional (PMI‑PMOCP™) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI); a Member (MIEAust) of Engineers Australia; a Professional Engineer in Structural Engineering (MSA); and a registered engineer on the National Engineering Register (NER). He is also an EDGE Expert accredited by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for green building assessment.

In addition, he is a member of the Mongolian Association of Civil Engineers, and a member of the Editorial Policy Board of Barilga.mn magazine.

Previously, he served as the Chief Construction and Procurement Officer at Tavanbogd Holdings LLC. Adilbish B. also worked at Oyu Tolgoi LLC as a Senior Structural Design Engineer and Project Engineer. Furthermore, he worked as a Project Manager at the Program Management Office of the Ulaanbaatar Urban Service Ger Area Development Investment Program; as a Project Lead Engineer at MCS Property LLC; and as a Structural Engineer at Urkh LLC.

Adilbish B. has extensive project experience across major national and international developments. In 2025, he worked on the design development of Panel 1 and 2 for the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Project Management Department. In 2024, he contributed to the construction of the NURA Artificial Intelligence–based Early Screening Center (Zaisan Branch). In 2023, he was involved in the design and construction of the Extraction and Haulage Level facilities for the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Mine. From 2019 to 2023,  he participated in the Ulaanbaatar Urban Service Ger Area Development Investment Program, which delivered integrated social and engineering infrastructure for six new subcenters in Ulaanbaatar. From 2016 to 2019, he worked on the Critical Facilities Project for the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Mine. Earlier in his career, between 2012 and 2015, he contributed to the ASEM Village development, the Buddha Vista residential complex, and the Shangri‑La mixed‑use complex projects.
