CONGRATULATIONS ON EARNING PMI-PBA®!

PMI Mongolia Chapter is proud to congratulate Nomin Tserensodnom on successfully earning the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) Certification, a globally recognized credential awarded by the Project Management Institute.

Nomin Tsedensodnom is a Project Management Professional (PMP, certified since 2018) and a newly certified Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), holding an MBA and over 10 years of experience delivering complex technology projects and leading project and change initiatives within multicultural organizations.

She works as a Technology Project Lead at Oyu Tolgoi, where she manages end-to-end delivery of safety and operational technology systems. Her role involves high-risk cutovers, enterprise system integrations, and close coordination across project, operations, IT, finance, and asset management to establish sustainable operating and support models.

Previously, Nomin worked as a PMO Officer, facilitating portfolio-level governance for an IS&T portfolio of over 100 projects. In this capacity, she standardized project lifecycle controls, reporting structures, delivery frameworks, and IT change-management practices, strengthening execution discipline and portfolio visibility.

Driven by a strong focus on benefit realization and long-term operational value, she integrates project delivery with business analysis, product thinking, and solution management. Her PMI-PBA certification has been instrumental in strengthening this value-driven approach.

Nomin’s earlier experience includes serving as Director of Development at the American Chamber of Commerce in Mongolia, where she worked closely with local and international stakeholders to promote Mongolia as a destination for foreign investment. She also began her career at PKF as an accountant, providing outsourced accounting and taxation services, giving her a solid foundation in finance, private and public stakeholder engagement.

Earning the PMI-PBA® certification reflects Nomin’s strong expertise in business analysis practices, value realization, and stakeholder engagement.

PMI Mongolia Chapter warmly congratulates Nomin Tserensodnom on this outstanding achievement and wishes her continued success, growth, and impact in her professional journey.
