The PMI Mongolia Chapter proudly congratulates Adiya Buyandelger, our valued member, on earning the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification — the gold standard in project management worldwide!
Adiya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Mongolia. She also pursued Japanese language studies at ABK College in Tokyo and holds the N2 level certificate of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
She began her professional career at Trade and Development Bank (TDB), where she took on a range of roles, including accountant, loan officer, human resources policy planner, innovation strategist, and project manager. During her time at TDB, she led several major initiatives such as the core banking and digital banking reform projects.
Currently, she works as a Senior Business Analyst at Tenger Daatgal, one of Mongolia’s leading insurance companies. In this role, she is actively involved in developing the company’s medium-term business goals and shaping strategic roadmaps tailored for the evolving needs of the insurance industry.
Through her extensive experience, Adiya has made meaningful contributions to the modernization and operational efficiency of both the banking and insurance sectors in Mongolia. Her commitment to applying structured project management principles in real business environments has positioned her as a capable and forward-thinking leader.
This PMP® certification stands as a testament to her dedication to continuous professional development and excellence in project delivery.
