We are delighted to announce that Adilbish Bat-Erdene, an esteemed member of the PMI Mongolia Chapter, has successfully earned the PMI-CP™ (Construction Professional) issued by the Project Management Institute.

This globally recognized credential highlights Adilbish’s deep expertise and commitment to excellence in managing complex construction and infrastructure projects. From planning to execution, this achievement reflects a high level of professionalism and a dedication to advancing the built environment with industry best practices.

Adilbish currently works as a consultant engineer at Richwell Engineering LLC, Urban Development Consulting Group LLC, and Monenergy Consult LLC, as well as a real estate agent at the RE/MAX TOP broker office. He holds the professional titles of Certified Structural Design Consultant by the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development of Mongolia, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and EDGE Expert accredited by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for green building assessment. In addition, Adilbish is a member of the Editorial Policy Board of Barilga.mn magazine, a Board Member of the Mongolian Association of Civil Engineers, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and its Mongolian Chapter, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and a member of the Engineering Management Club. Previously, he worked as the Chief Construction and Procurement Officer at Tavanbogd Holdings LLC. He also held the position of Engineer Package at Oyu Tolgoi LLC. Additionally, and served as Project Manager at the Program Management Office for the Ulaanbaatar Urban Service Ger Area Development Investment Program, as Project Lead Engineer at MCS Property LLC and as Structural Engineer at Urkh LLC.

He has project management experience in several major initiatives. In 2024, he managed the Mega Nura Project. In 2023, he was involved in the Extraction and Haulage Level construction project for the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Mine. From 2019 to 2023, he contributed to the Ulaanbaatar Urban Service Ger Area Development Investment Program, which implemented social and engineering infrastructures for six subcenters in Ulaanbaatar. Additionally, from 2016 to 2019, Adilbish worked on the Critical Facilities Project at the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Mine. His earlier projects include the ASEM Village project, the Buddha Vista Residence project, and the Shangi-La Center project, all of which took place from 2012 to 2015.
