"Төслийн удирдлагын уламжлалт болон ажайл аргачлал" эрчимжүүлсэн танхимын сургалт

    Пи Эм Ай Монголиа Чаптэраас “Төслийн удирдлагын Уламжлалт болон Aжайл аргачлал”  эрчимжүүлсэн 24 цагийн 4 өдрийн ээлжит танхимын багц сургалт зохион байгуулах гэж байна. Сургалтаар Төслийг амжилттай удирдах Уламжлалт болон Ажайл арга аргачлалуудад суралцахаас гадна эдгээр арга аргачлалуудыг ашиглаж жишээ төсөл дээр багаар дасгал ажиллана.

    Мөн сургалтад хамрагдсанаар Олон улсын Мэргэшсэн төслийн удирдагчийн  зэрэг болох PMP-ийн шалгалтад хэрхэн бэлдэх талаар зөвлөгөө авах боломжтой.

    Доктор Санжаасүрэнгийн Оюун нь Уур амьсгалын ногоон сангийн Гадаад харилцааны газрын даргын албыг хашдаг бөгөөд нөөцийн удирдлага, түншлэл, харилцаа холбоо, төлөөлөгчийн ажлыг хариуцан гүйцэтгэдэг. Тэрээр НҮБ-ын Байгаль орчны Ассамблей, НҮБ-ын Байгаль орчны Удирдах Зөвлөлийн анхны Ерөнхийлөгчөөр ажиллаж байсан (2014-2016 он) бөгөөд тогтвортой хөгжил, уур амьсгалын өөрчлөлт, усны аюулгүй байдлын төлөөх салбарт идэвхтэй төлөөлөгч байсан юм. 2016-2018 онд тэрээр усны аюулгүй байдлыг хангах 3000 гаруй байгууллагын олон талт талбар болох “Дэлхийн Усны Түншлэл”-ийн тэргүүнээр ажиллаж байсан. Мөн Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын гишүүнээр 5 удаа дараалан сонгогдож (1998, 2016), Байгаль орчин, ногоон хөгжлийн сайд (2012-2014), Гадаад хэргийн сайдаар (2007-2008) тус тус ажилласан. Ардчилал, нийгэм, хүний ​​эрхийг хамгаалах чиглэлээр залуучуудын манлайлал, боловсролыг дэмжигч Монголын тэргүүлэгч ТББ болох Зориг сангийн үүсгэн байгуулагч бөгөөд “Монголын Тусгай Олимпын Хороо”-г удирдан, хөгжлийн бэрхшээлтэй хүүхдүүдийн эрхийг идэвхтэй хамгаалж ирсэн билээ. С. Оюун нь Прага хотын Карлова их сургуулийг төгссөн бөгөөд Их Британийн Кембрижийн их сургуульд Дэлхийн шинжлэх ухааны чиглэлээр докторын зэрэг хамгаалсан.

    Баатарын Болд нь Рио Тинто группийн Зэсийн группийн Гүйцэтгэх захирал. Үйлдвэрлэлийн менежментийн бакалавр, АНУ-ын Бриджпортын их сургуулийг Бизнесийн удирдлагын магистрын зэрэгтэй төгссөн. Б.Болд нь 2013 оноос хойш Рио Тинто группт ажиллаж байгаа бөгөөд Зэс, Очир эрдэнэсийн группийн Олон улсын үйл ажиллагаа хариуцсан Ерөнхийлөгч, Төмрийн хүдрийн Борлуулалт, далайн тээвэр хариуцсан захирал, Эрчим хүч, эрдэс баялгийн группийн гүйцэтгэх захирлаар ажиллаж байсан. Үүнээс өмнө JP Morgan-д 11 жил ажиллахдаа ОХУ, Тусгаар Улсуудын Хамтын Нөхөрлөлийн гишүүн орнууд болон Монгол улсууд дахь үйл ажиллагаа хариуцсан захирал зэрэг албан тушаалд ажилласан. Улмаар 2009-2011 онд Ньюком компанийн Гүйцэтгэх захирал, 2011-2013 онд Алтан Дорнод Монгол компанийн гүйцэтгэх захирал, 2010-2012 онд Монголын Хөрөнгийн Биржийн ТУЗ-ийн дарга, Монголын Уул уурхайн үндэсний ассоциацийн ТУЗ-ын гишүүн, Монголын Бизнесийн Зөвлөлийн Гүйцэтгэх зөвлөлийн гишүүнээр тус тус ажиллаж байв.

    Бэн Брийн нь Ази Номхон далайн бүсийн Гүйцэтгэх захирал, Глобал Констракшнийн Тэргүүн бөгөөд бизнесийн хөгжлийг хариуцан, үйлчлүүлэгчдийнхээ хэрэгцээ шаардлагад нийцүүлэх чиглэлээр бүс нутгийг төлөөлж, барилгын ажлын хэсгийг ахалж, хүртээмж, төвлөрөлд тулгуурлан ажилладаг. Тэрээр 1994 онд Австралиас Сингапур руу нүүсэн бөгөөд Marina Bay Sands, Suntec Convention Center зэрэг гайхалтай бүтээн байгуулалтуудад хамтран болон удирдан ажилласан туршлагатай. Түүнчлэн хэд хэдэн төслийн менежмент, дизайны компаниудыг үүсгэн байгуулж, тэднийг хамгийн шилдэг үйлчилгээ үзүүлэгчид болгон хөгжүүлэхэд нь хувь нэмрээ оруулсан юм. PMI-д нэгдэхээсээ өмнө Бэн нь Сингапурын Space Matrix Design Consultants Pte Ltd -ийн Зүүн Өмнөд Азийн хариуцсан захирлаар ажиллаж байсан бөгөөд Ази тив дэх хүрээгээ тэлэх зорилго бүхий нэн чухал клиенттэй хамтран ажилласан ба компанийн дижитал өөрчлөлтийг удирдан зохион байгуулж, интерьер дизайн, барилгын фирмийн дижитал технологийн тэргүүн эгнээнд шилжүүлжээ. Бэн нь Австралийн Мельбурн дахь Виктория Технологийн Их Сургуулийн Инженерийн бакалавр зэрэгтэй бөгөөд одоогоор Сингапур дахь PMI оффист ажиллаж байна.

    О.Орхон нь 2007-2016 онд Худалдаа, хөгжлийн банкны Гүйцэтгэх захирлын тэргүүн орлогч, 2016 оны 1-р сараас Гүйцэтгэх захирлын албан тушаалд ажиллаж байна. Тэрээр Монголын Мянганы Сорилтын Санд Санхүүгийн зөвлөх, Улаанбаатар хотын банкинд Гүйцэтгэх захирал, Хүнс, хөдөө аж ахуйн сайдын зөвлөх, Монголын Эдийн засгийн хөгжлийн сайдын зөвлөх болон Монголын хөрөнгийн биржийн ТУЗ-ийн гишүүний албан тушаалыг тус тус хашиж, Монголын банк, санхүү, бизнесийн салбарт 20 гаруй жил ажиллаж буй туршлагатай банкир юм. Ноён О.Орхон нь Худалдаа, хөгжлийн банкийг олон улсын хөрөнгийн зах зээл дээр нийт 1 тэрбум ам.долларын 5 удаагийн бондыг амжиллтай гаргахад чухал үүрэг гүйцэтгэсэн юм. Мөн тэрээр сүүлийн жилүүдэд Уур амьсгалын ногоон сан (GCF)-гийн итгэмжлэгдсэн байгууллага болох, Нэг бүс, Нэг зам санаачилгын ногоон хөрөнгө оруулалтын зарчимд нэгдэн орох, 2030 он гэхэд тогтвортой санхүүжилтэд зориулж 2 тэрбум ам.долларын санхүүжилт олгох зорилго тавин, хувийн хэвшлүүд дундаас анх удаагаа "Climate 30+ Тогтвортой санхүүжилтийн санаачилга"-ыг хэрэгжүүлэх, Олон улсын хөрөнгийн зах зээлд оролцогчдын холбоо (ICMA)-ны шаардлагад нийцсэн тогтвортой хөгжлийн хөтөлбөрийг боловсруулах зэргээр ХХБанкийг тогтвортой санхүүжилтэд амжиллтай удирдан чиглүүлж байна. Тэрээр 1993 онд ОХУ-ын Ярославль хотын 9-р дунд сургууль, 1997 онд МУИС-ийн Эдийн засгийн сургуулийг төгсөж, банкны эдийн засагч, санхүүч мэргэжил эзэмшсэн. 2003 онд Их Британи улсын Уэльсийн их сургуульд Банк санхүүгийн бизнесийн удирдлагын Магистр цол хамгаалсан байна.

    Премиум Группийн ТУЗ-ийн гишүүн, группийн Санхүү хариуцсан дэд ерөнхийлөгч. Групп компаний санхүүгийн тогтвортой байдлыг хангах, эрсдлийн удирдлагын тогтолцоог хариуцан, нэгдсэн удирдлагаар хангаж ажилладаг.Тэрээр анхны ажлын гараагаа үйлдвэрлэл, худалдааны салбарт тэргүүлэгч М-Си-Эс Кока Кола ХХК-д санхүү төлөвлөлтийн газрын даргаар эхлүүлж байсан. Үүний дараагаар Монголиан Майнинг Корпорацийн санхүү хариуцсан дэд ерөнхийлөгч, М-Си-Эс Энержи ХХК-ийн дэд захирал, Орчлон Олон Улсын ЕБСургуулийн захирлаар тус тус ажиллаж байсан.Сүүлийн 18 жилийн хугацаанд өргөн хэрэглээний бүтээгдэхүүн үйлдвэрлэл, борлуулалт, боловсрол, уул уурхай, эрчим хүч, барилгын салбарууд болон аж үйлдвэрлэлийн томоохон төслүүдэд санхүүгийн үйл ажиллагааг амжилттай удирдан зохион байгуулан ажиллаж байна.

    Ц.Энх-Амгалан нь xөдөө аж ахуйн эдийн засагч мэргэжилтэй. Тэрээр ажлын гараагаа ХААИС-д багшаар эхлүүлж, Манчестерийн их сургуулийг хөдөө аж ахуйн эдийн засгийн чиглэлээр магистр, Швейцарын Цюрих хотын Технологийн их сургуульд нэмүү өртгийн засаглалын чиглэлээр доктор хамгаалжээ. Бүс нутгуудын мал аж ахуй эрхлэх онцлог, хэв маягийг харгалзан бэлчээрийн нөөцийг зүй зохистой ашиглах, нөхөн сэргээх арга замыг олон жил судалж буй тэрээр Швейцарын Хөгжлийн Агентлагийн “Ногоон алт - малын эрүүл мэнд” төсөлд 16 жилийн турш ажиллахдаа 15 гаруй төслийг удирдаж, Монгол орны өнцөг булан бүрд очиж ажиллажээ. Энэ хугацаанд төслийн багууд нийт 189 сумын 86 мянган малчин өрхөд бэлчээрийн менежментийн төрөл бүрийн дэмжлэг үзүүлж, таван сая га талхлагдсан бэлчээрийг сэргээснээр Монголын нүүдлийн мал аж ахуйн зохистой дадал, тогтвортой байдлын стандартыг боловсруулж, олон улсын зах зээлд монгол бүтээгдэхүүний гарал үүсэл, онцлогийг баталгаажуулах суурь болсон байна.

    Б.Даваа-Очир нь 2000 онд ШУТИС-ийн Компьютерийн техник менежментийн сургуулийг Санхүүгийн менежмент /Бизнесийн удирдлага/ мэргэжлээр, 2009 онд Австралийн Мелбурн хотын La Trobe-ийн их сургуульд Бизнесийн удирдлага мэргэжлээр магистрын зэрэгтэйгээр тус тус суралцаж төгссөн. Тэрээр 2000-2003 онуудад М-Си-Эс Холдинг ХХК-д Санхүүгийн шинжээч, 2003-2006 онуудад М-Си-Эс Интернэйшнл ХХК-д Санхүү эрхэлсэн дэд захирлаар, 2006 оноос М-Си-Эс Проперти ХХК-д Бизнес хариуцсан захирал, 2010 оноос тус компанийн Гүйцэтгэх захирлаар тус тус дэвшин үр бүтээлтэй ажиллаж байна. Түүний тус компанид ажилласан 15 жилийн хугацаанд М-Си-Эс Проперти ХХК нь нийт 54 төслийг амжилттай хэрэгжүүлсэн байна. М-Си-Эс Проперти ХХК нь Монгол улсад барилгын орчин үеийн техник технологи, инженерингийн шинэ шийдлүүдийг нэвтрүүлэн, олон улсын томоохон төслүүдийг төслийн менежментийг үр дүнтэй ашиглан амжилттай хэрэгжүүлэн ажиллаж байна.

    Норихико като нь банкны салбарт 35 гаруй жил ажилласан туршлагатай. Тэрээр The Bank of Tokyo буюу одоогийн MUFG банкны Токио, Нью -Йорк, Амстердам, Бахрейн дахь салбаруудад байгууллагын банк, төлөвлөлт болон ерөнхий менежментийн чиглэлээр ажиллаж байсан. Норихико нь 2009 онд MUFG -с гарч, Хаан банканд зөвлөх, дараа нь гүйцэтгэх захирлаар 2011-2016 оны хугацаанд ажилласан. 2016 онд тэрээр Камбож дахь Sathapana бичил санхүү болон Maruhan Japan банкны нэгдэл болсон Sathapana банкны гүйцэтгэх захирлаар томилогдсон бөгөөд арилжааны банк болгон нэгтгэж, Камбоджийн 5 дахь том банк болгожээ. 2019 оны 5 -р сард Норихико нь Голомт банкны гүйцэтгэх захирлаар томилогдож, Монголд буцаж ирсэн юм. Тэрээр Камбож болон Монголд тогтвортой санхүүжилтийг дэмжих чиглэлээр идэвхтэй ажиллаж ирсэн. Тэрээр Камбож дахь Банкны холбооны Тогтвортой санхүүгийн хороог даргалж байсан бөгөөд өдгөө Монголын банкны холбооны дэд ерөнхийлөгч, Монголын тогтвортой санхүүгийн холбооны ерөнхийлөгчөөр ажиллаж байна.

     
    Скотт Амблэр нь Олон Улсын Төслийн Удирдлагын Инситутын Disciplined Agile (DA) арга зүйг бүтээгчдийн нэг ба тус салбарын Дэд Ерөнхийлөгч, ахлах эрдэмтэн юм. Тэрээр Disciplined Agile (DA)-ын багц хэрэглэгдэхүүний хөгжүүлэлтийг удирддаг бөгөөд олон улсад хүлээн зөвшөөрөгдсөн төслийн удирдлагын онцлох илтгэгч билээ. Тэрээр төслийн удирдлагын салбарын мэргэжилтнүүдийн гарын авлага болсон Choose Your WoW!, An Executive’s Guide to the Disciplined Agile Framework (), Refactoring Databases, Agile Modeling, Agile Database Techniques, and The Object Primer 3rd Edition зэрэг номын зохиолч билээ.     Scott is the Vice President, Chief Scientist of Disciplined Agile at Project Management Institute. Scott leads the evolution of the Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit and is an international keynote speaker.  Scott is the (co)-creator of the Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit as well as the Agile Modeling (AM) and Agile Data (AD) methodologies. He is the (co-)author of several books, including Choose Your WoW!, An Executive’s Guide to the Disciplined Agile Framework, Refactoring Databases, Agile Modeling, Agile Database Techniques, and The Object Primer 3rd Edition.  Scott blogs regularly at ProjectManagement.com and he can be contacted via pmi.org.

    Norihiko Kato has banking experiences of over 35 years. He worked for The Bank of Tokyo (current MUFG Bank) in Tokyo, New York, Amsterdam, and Bahrain in corporate banking, planning, and general management. He left MUFG in 2009 and served first as Advisor and then CEO at Khan Bank in Mongolia from 2011 to 2016.  In 2016, he was appointed to CEO of Sathapana Bank in Cambodia born as merger between Sathapana Microfinance and Maruhan Japan Bank. He integrated them into the commercial bank, the 5th largest in Cambodia. In May 2019, Norihiko was appointed to CEO of Golomt Bank and returned to Mongolia. He has been active in promoting sustainable finance in Cambodia and Mongolia. He chaired Sustainable Finance Committee of The Association of Banks in Cambodia and currently serves as Vice President of Mongolian Bankers Association and Chairman of Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association.

    Davaa-Ochir Baatarkhuu graduated from the School of Computer Science and Management of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Management and in 2009 with a Master of  Business Administration from the University of La Trobe in Melbourne, Australia.He worked as a Financial Analyst at MCS Holding LLC from 2000 to 2003, Deputy Chief Financial Officer at MCS International LLC from 2003 to 2006, and as a Business Director at MCS Property LLC from 2006 to 2010.  Since 2010, he has been working as a CEO of MCS Property LLC. During his last 15 years of employment at the company, MCS Property LLC has successfully completed 54 projects as of today. MCS Property LLC continuously introduces modern construction technology and engineering solution in its’ projects and successfully implements project management in its’ domestic and international projects.

    A member of the Board of Directors, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Premium Group LLC. The group company’s financial sustainability and risk management strategies are successfully implemented under his direction.  Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy Director of MCS Energy LLC, having formerly been the Vice President of Finance at Mongolian Mining Corporation. In addition to this, Mr. Bat-Erdene was the Principal of Orchlon International School and started his career at MCS Coca Cola LLC as the Head of Finance and Planning department. He has been successfully managing the financial management in industries of consumer production and retail, education, mining, energy, building construction, as well as industrial projects over the last 18 years. 

    Ben Breen is Managing Director, Asia Pacific, and Head of Global Construction, where he will oversee business development and represent the chapters in the region bringing us closer to the needs of our customers. Ben also will spearhead the Construction Working Group for greater reach and focus.Originally from Australia, Ben moved to Singapore in 1994 and has since supported or led hundreds of projects including iconic developments such as Marina Bay Sands and the award-winning Suntec Convention Centre. He has founded several project management and design companies, helping them to grow and develop into best-in-class providers.Before joining PMI, Ben served as Managing Director, South East Asia at Space Matrix Design Consultants Pte Ltd, Singapore, where he was responsible for servicing Space Matrix’s clients who were looking to expand their global footprint across Asia. He has also led the company’s digital transformation – moving it to the forefront of digital technology for interior design and build[ing] firms.Ben has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in building engineering from Victoria University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, and is based in PMI’s office in Singapore.

    Bold holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport in United States and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree.Since joining Rio Tinto in May 2013 as President Copper International, Bold worked as Managing Director, Iron ore Sales & Marketing, Marine and the Chief Executive Energy & Minerals product group.Prior to joining Rio Tinto, He worked as an investment banker at JP Morgan for 11 years, where he held the position of Executive Director with investment banking coverage for Russia and CIS countries. Bold was the CEO of Newcom Group in 2009-2011 and Managing Director of Altan Dornod Mongol LLC in 2011-2013. Between 2010-2012, he was also the Chairman of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Chairman of the Mongolian Mining Association and a member of the Business Council of Mongolia.

    Dr. Oyun Sanjaasuren is the Director of External Affairs of Green Climate Fund, where she leads the fund’s work on resource mobilization, partnerships, communications, and advocacy. Dr. Oyun served as the first President of the United Nations Environment Assembly, the Governing Body of UN Environment (2014-2016), and has been an active advocate for sustainable development, climate change, and water security. During 2016-2018, she was the the Chair of the Global Water Partnership, a multi-stakeholder platform of more than 3,000 organizations advancing water security. Oyun was elected 5 consecutive terms as a Member of Parliament in Mongolia (1998 and 2016) and served as the country’s Minister of Environment and Green Development (2012-2014) and Minister of Foreign Affairs (2007-2008). She is a founder of the Zorig Foundation, a leading Mongolian NGO that advances democracy, social and human rights and supports youth leadership and education. She also chairs the Special Olympics Mongolia and has been actively advocating for the rights of children with disabilities. Oyun graduated from the Karlova University in Prague and has a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences from the University of Cambridge, UK.

    Mr. William Chen is an entrepreneur and strategic thinker in Project Management with over 25 years of global industry experiences. In 2002, he founded Monmouth Technologies, Inc., a leading provider in enterprise project management total solution. Under Mr. Chen’s leadership, Monmouth has served enterprises and organizations worldwide to substantially enhance their project performance as well as to improve project management process and efficiency. As Monmouth continues to explore best-in-class services and technologies, it has successfully incorporated cloud services, artificial intelligence, and knowledge management into its existing solutions.Prior to founding Monmouth Technologies, Mr. Chen served as a research member and team leader at AT&T Bell Laboratories. He and his team together have successfully launched the AT&T WorldNet® service, one of the earliest Internet services in the United States. With a transition from AT&T to IBM Global Services, Mr. Chen led large-scaled telecomm projects and managed offshore outsourcing with multi-million in budget.Mr. Chen has been a long term volunteer in PMI Taiwan Chapter. He is currently the President of the chapter since December 2015. He has been spearheading the endeavors to propagate the value and practices of project management with close cooperation with Taiwan government and industrial leaders.Mr. Chen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from New York University and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University.

    Alex Sin is an independent consultant, comes with more than 30 years of successful business experience, of which 18 years in IT services and 12 years in project management.Alex Sin is a certified consultant in a number of areas including IT Consulting, Project Management and Management Development. Alex is certified as PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-PBA, ®ITIL/ITSM® Manager, well equipped with Methodology to deliver Consulting services. He is also a practitioner of MBTI and DISC well-known consulting tools.Alex enriched his Project Management experience from large scaled projects like Libraries, EMSD and Companies Registry. Alex is the Vice President of Project Management Institute Hong Kong Chapter. He used to take charge software development and the acceptance. He recently finished a virtualization project for a local telecom company. Alex offered Agile consulting to internal system development including accounting, manufacturing, logistics and government industries. Alex is now an VP Volunteer Development at PMI Hong Kong Chapter.

    Since started his career with KDDI Corporation in Japan over 20 years ago, which is Tokyo based Japanese multi-national telecommunication company, Mr. Hamada has served in number of senior executive roles in KDDI Corporation, as a Director, General Manager of Global ICT Business management and Director, General Manager of Global Sales & Marketing. In the past, he led KDDI’s businesses in European countries, London U.K., Düsseldorf, Frankfurt GERMANY and Brussels BELGIUM, where he spent over 7 years. 

    Mr. Orkhon O. was the First Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Trade & Development Bank of Mongolia (the “TDBM”) from 2007 to 2016, and he has been working as the Chief Executive Officer since January 2016.He is an experienced banker with over 20 years of experience including Financial Advisor to the Millennium Challenge Account Mongolia, Chief Executive Officer of Ulaanbaatar Bank, Advisor to the Minister of Food and Agriculture, Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development of Mongolia and Board Member of the Mongolian Stock Exchange. He has also previously worked as the CEO of TDB Capital LLC and TDB Leasing LLC, Chairman of the Board of TDB Leasing LLC, and President of the Mongolian Banking Association.Mr. Orkhon has played an important role in the TDBM's successful issuance of five bonds, exceeding $1 billion, on the international financial market. In recent years, he has been successfully leading TDBM into sustainable financing fields such as obtaining accreditation of Green Climate Fund, joining as signatory to the Green Investment Principle for Belt and Road Initiative, implementing the Bank’s “Climate 30+ Initiative”, the first private sector-led climate initiative, with commitment to provide USD2 billion towards sustainable finance by 2030 and developing TDBM’s Sustainability Framework in compliance with ICMA principles.He graduated from the 9th Secondary School in Yaroslavl, Russia in 1993, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Banking Economics and Finance from the School of Economics, National University of Mongolia in 1997. In 2003, he completed his Master's degree in Banking and Financial Business Administration from the University of Wales in the UK.

    Enkh-Amgalan.Ts is an Agricultural Economist. She started her career working as a professor at the Mongolian University of Life Sciences. She then earned her Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Manchester and her Doctorate in Value-Added Governance from the University of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland. She has been studying ways to use and rehabilitate pastureland resources properly for many years, taking into account the specifics and styles of livestock husbandry in the regions. During her 16 years of service in the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation's “Green Gold - Animal Health” project, she led and managed more than 15 projects, visiting every corner of Mongolia. During this period, the project teams provided 86,000 herder households of 189 soums with a variety of pasture management support, rehabilitated 5 million hectares of overgrazed pastureland, developed standards for Mongolian nomadic livestock husbandry practices and sustainability, and established the basis for confirming the origin and special characteristics of Mongolian products in the international market.

    Mendbayar is researching international management system in connection with the domestic market and economy situation, introducing applicable management solutions in accordance with shareholders’ demands, increasing team productivity by improving administration and management works, creating a pleasant work environment have all produced great achievements and received customers and consumers appreciation. The main principle that he holds on to is to produce the most appropriate solutions based on long-term strategies and goals and determine market approach in order to remain as the premier in the industry. Former experiences in initiating and implementing projects, in conjunction with successfully establishing new companies, have helped him gain professional experiences in creating new job positions and improving management.

    A trilingual financial engineer with World Bank, Central Bank of Mongolia with development economics experience that ventured both in public and private sectors. Received cum laude diplomas with double majors in undergraduate and graduate studies from George Washington University in Washington, DC, USA and the University of San Francisco, CA, USA in Finance and Economics. She’s an active participant of the Harvard Business School’s YPO President’s Program since 2018.

Currently serving as Board director of American Chamber for Commerce, Business Council of Mongolia, a member of Who's Who of Professionals Historical Society, Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society and former Chapter chair of YPO Mongolia.     Mr. Ramachandran serves as the Country Director at the Mongolia Resident Mission with the Asian Development Bank. He is responsible for overall country program, operational portfolio and knowledge management. Leads operations in Mongolia managing an active portfolio of around $2 billion. Supervises the implementation of the ADB's Country Operations Business Plan in line with the current Country Partnership Strategy, 2017-2020 and the next Country Partnership Strategy to be developed. Primary liaison for ADB with government, private sector, development partners, and civil society in Mongolia. He has a diverse and multifaceted background with more than twenty-three years of international development experience, covering over twelve countries in the Asia-Pacific region. His experience spans both public and private sectors in developing and managing complex country and regional programs. He is skilled in strategic visioning, program development, building partnerships, operational planning and delivery.
    Mr. Ramachandran possesses strong operational expertise including investment projects as well as policy and knowledge support covering rural development, environment, energy, agriculture, and water sectors. Mr. Ramachandran joined ADB in May 2009 and has progressed through different positions in charge of programming, processing and
    administration of projects and knowledge work. In his previous role, as a Principal Environment Specialist of ADB’s East Asia Department, he was leading policy dialogue and program lending operations in Mongolia including the preparation of the Ulaanbaatar Air Quality Improvement Program. Mr. Ramachandran has led efforts to facilitate and enact policy reforms, mobilize financing, and promote capacity development across multiple countries in Asia and the Pacific. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Public Management from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Masters from the Delhi School of Economics.

    Enkhsaikhan Mendsaikhan (PhD) is the 18 th Prime Minister of Mongolia, politician, researcher, and honored economist. Under his political leadership, Mongolia was able to implement key policy reforms that transformed the country from a socialist, planned economy to liberal democracy. During his premiership representing the Democratic Party from 1996-1998, he privatized livestock to herders and apartments to dwellers beginning the policy of private ownership. This was coupled with price liberalization that improved trade turnover and a new legal environment that attracted foreign direct investments, bringing Mongolia’s mineral sector onto the world’s stage. As a politician, he consistently pursued policies of economic expansion advocating benefits of megaprojects as investment policies, relaying their significance to the public through his work on the Tavan Tolgoi coal mine investment agreement and the Tavan Tolgoi power plant project.
    His professional career: He started his professional career as an Economist at the Ministry of Foreign Trade in 1978. In further, he has worked as an Expert and senior expert at the Ministry of External Economic Relations, and Director of the Market Research Institute, Ministry of External Economic Relations from 1987 to 1990. M.Enkhsaikhan was elected as a member of Small Great Khural (1990-1992) for the first time in 1990 and chaired the Standing Committee on Economics in the parliament. Then he was elected a member of the State Great Khural from 1992 to 1993. After that M. Enkhsaikhan has worked as the Chairman of the Presidential office of Mongolia (1993 - 1996) and became the 18th Prime Minister of Mongolia in 1996. From 1998 to 2004, M.Enkhsaikhan was the director of the company Premier International Co. Then, he was elected again as a Member of Parliament in 2004 and chaired the Standing Committee on Foreign Policy (2004-2008). At the same time, he was the Vice-Prime Minister of the Government of Mongolia (2006-2007). From 2013 to 2014 he was appointed as the Director of the Project Unit Responsible for developing the Tavantolgoi Powerplant project under the Ministry of Energy and State Minister Responsible for megaprojects of the Government of Mongolia (2015-2016). After that M.Enkhsaikhan was appointed an Ambassador of Mongolia to Sweden (2016-2018). Since 2018, he has been working as a Researcher and Public educator in paxmongolica.org.

    Michael S. Klecheski is a member of the Senior Foreign Service and the U.S. Ambassador to Mongolia. He most recently served as Deputy Chief of Mission at U.S. Embassy Manila. Before his most recent assignment in the Philippines,
    Michael served as Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Astana, Kazakhstan. Prior to that, he served as Political Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russia. Aside from previous assignments in Russia and the Philippines, Michael also served abroad as Team Leader of the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Diwaniyah, Iraq, as well as in Poland and Switzerland.
    In Washington, he served as Senior Watch Officer in the State Department’s 24- hour Operations Center, as well as being NATO Desk Officer. His career also included an assignment as Director, and Acting Senior Director, for Russian Affairs at the National Security Council.[/w-column]

    Mr. Rufat Alimardanov, a national of Azerbaijan, joined IFC in 1997 in Washington, where he worked on various regions, focusing on Manufacturing & Services, as well as Financial markets. In 2004, Mr. Alimardanov relocated to Moscow to build and lead IFC's business development team for Eastern Europe covering manufacturing & services (and later also agribusiness), and oil, gas and mining. In 2011, Mr. Alimardanov moved to Kyiv as the Country Manager for Ukraine and Belarus to oversee IFC’s activities in the sub-region. While in Kyiv Mr. Alimardanov was an active member of the Privatization Council of Ukraine and Nomination Committee of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and various other groups devoted to reform agenda and attracting investments into Belarus and Ukraine. In 2017, Rufat joined a special team of IFC in Istanbul to work on resolving NPLs in EMENA region. In 2019, Mr. Alimardanov was appointed as Resident Representative to head IFC’s activities in Mongolia. Prior to IFC, Mr. Alimardanov worked in commercial banking in Azerbaijan, Russia and Turkey and the telecoms industry in the US. Mr. Alimardanov is a CFA charter holder, with schooling at Texas Christian University and University of Texas at Austin, USA.[/w-column]

    Mr.Tumentsogt (Tumen) Tsevegmid currently serves as the President of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Mongolia Chapter, Board Chairman of the Business Council of Mongolia (BCM), and Board Member of the Future Energy Mongolian Hydrogen Council (FEMHC).

    He is manager with 28 years of professional experience of working for public and private sectors,  including serving as a CEO at Erdenes Mongol company - Mongolia’s largest sovereign wealth fund responsible for managing Government strategic mining assets, Board Director at the world class copper & gold asset - Oyu Tolgoi, team leader for investment lending projects at the World Bank - international financial institution, executive responsible for Mongolia operations at the global multinational company - General Electric, serving as a Commissioner at the Energy Regulatory Commission in Mongolia, managing and implementing projects with multiple clients and donors.

    Mr.Tumentsogt has extensive experience in infrastructure sector and has been involved in developing Mongolia’s first grid connected - Salkhit wind park 50 MW; representing shareholders’ interests at the Oyu Tolgoi (OT) Board and dealing with complex issues of power supply, financing, construction of the OT underground mine, discussions with the Government on benefits sharing; managing and co-managing investment lending projects in renewables, power sector, water and contributing to analytical work and studies at the World Bank/IDA.

    Mr.Tumentsogt holds Master of Sciences (MSc) degree in Electrical Engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Russia), and Master of Public Affairs (MPA) in Public Administration from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University (USA).

    Mr.Tumentsogt is a reliable team player with strong communications skills, extensive network and connections at the different branches of the Government of Mongolia, business community and expat community in Mongolia, with passion for learning and strong sense of ethics and integrity.     Altantsetseg Buyanaa Head of PMO, Golomt Bank JSC
    Altantsetseg B. is the Head of PMO at Digital Transformation Department of Golomt Bank JSC, since February 2024. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics and Business (SEZIS) in 2017. Altantsetseg B has built a robust career in project management spanning over 15 years.
    From 2007 to 2017, Altantsetseg B. served as a Project manager at IT Zone LLC, subsequently, she worked at Golomt Bank from 2017 to 2022, as a Project management specialist at PMO and then as a Business Analyst at the Strategy and Collaboration Department.
    In 2022-2023, she worked as Director of the Project Management Department at Astvision LLC, then returned to Golomt Bank in February 2024.
    From 2010 to 2015, Altantsetseg.B served as a project manager for software projects in government organizations, overseeing contract management and control.
    In 2016-2017, she acted as a Project manager and Business analyst for the GreenERP
    implementation project, responsible for implementing the organization's human resources, supply chain, contract, and CRM subsystems based on client requirements.
    In 2022, Altantsetseg B. worked as a project manager for the Card System upgrade, leading international tender operations, contract management, project documentation, and team management."

    Pierre Le Manh, PMP

Pierre played a crucial role in transforming Ipsos from a primarily European-focused organization with $700 million in revenue in 2004, to a $2.5 billion global industry leader by 2021, and in growing the company to more than 18,000 employees operating in 90 countries, successively leading various regions and global business lines.

    Earlier in his career, Pierre was the CEO of Consodata, a leader in first and third-party consumer data, precision, and digital marketing. He began his career at the consulting giant Accenture, subsequently serving as CFO of the performing arts nonprofit, Adami, CEO of digital publisher, Encyclopaedia Universalis, and CEO of CFL Holding, a family office with various assets in direct-to-consumer marketing services and the real estate industries.

    Born and raised in France to a Vietnamese father and a French mother, Pierre has lived in several countries before settling in New York City in 2013. He is fluent in English, French, and Italian. His interests include traveling the world to visit his large family and friends, watching Paris Saint-Germain soccer games, and exploring Manhattan on his electric scooter.     Piccard is a professor and chair of the Project Management Department at the University of Alaska Anchorage, USA. In addition to her career in academia, Piccard has more than 20 years of experience in technology-sector project and portfolio management, including 10 years as a senior executive for Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Advanced Energy Industries, where she led complex, profitable, and cross-functional businesses serving customers worldwide.

    Purevdulam Jamiyansuren
    Purevdulam Jamiyansuren is a Chief Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at USAID-funded BEST Program implemented by Development Solutions NGO.
    Purevdulam Jamiyansuren is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Specialist with over 15 years of experience in private sector and international development, specializing in SME development, socio-economic research, and program evaluation.

    Currently, as the Chief Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the USAID-funded Business Excellence for Sustainability and Transparency (BEST) Program in
    Mongolia, she leads strategic learning and impact evaluations, overseeing the program’s effectiveness across 12 rural provinces and Ulaanbaatar. Purevdulam J. has actively contributed to disseminating research findings through various platforms, including facilitating workshops and conferences to promote data-driven advocacy and to drive evidence-based decision-making and policy-making practices.

    Munguntuya Otgonjargal, PMP
    Munguntuya Otgonjargal is a program and project management professional with over 15 years of experience. She has a diverse practice in mining, urban development, placemaking and community building, and social sectors of Mongolia. She served as a board member for PMI Mongolia Chapter between 2016-2017 and has been an active member of PMI since 2015. Munguntuya is a Fulbright Fellow and a graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in urban and regional
    planning and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

    Prof. Dr. Kelvin WAN, PMP

    Prof. Wan is a professional master-trainer and coach in IT/IS field. He has been providing live training and coaching services to more than 19,000 executives in last 25 years coming from US, UK, Middle East, Asia Pacific regions and. The average working experience of learners is 15 years.

    Prof. Wan possesses a growth mindset. He demonstrated the continuous learning attitude of graduate that he set a very good example in front of our project professionals. He is the youngest Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and graduate in the history of CityU (City University of Hong Kong, Global Top 50 university (QS2021 Ranking)).

    Recently, during pandemic period, Kelvin organized a ground-breaking large-scale training over Zoom virtual platform. More than 3,500 working professionals attended with more than 30,000 PDU (Continuous Professional Development Unit) issued. It breaks the myth that soft-skill training could only be delivered in physical room by adopting high-touch technologies e.g. virtual break-out room, virtual white-board, virtual collaboration tools … etc. He is nominated to the Government’s Pandemic Innovation Award.

    He is also a practitioning-scholar. His recent research paper about Soft Competence for project executives has been accepted by a renowned US forum and published on major search engines.  This research results were particularly relevant for all project talent employment under the AI Era in coming decades.

    Kelvin is an experienced project professional. He has been the Global Head of PMO in HSBC to roll out a multi-million USD learning projects to 78 countries world-wide

    Prof. Wan set up his own training and consulting company in 2019 as the Chief Consultant and Global Master Trainer. In his current role, his main responsibilities are overseeing the working professionals upskilling, PMO-setup, talent management, capability assessment and curriculum development for the listed companies.

    Mendbayar Budee is Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Grant Portfolio Director at Mongolia Energy Governance Program, USAID Contractor Abt Associates Inc. She is experienced in monitoring, evaluation, project designing, transformational management, design thinking facilitation, organizational management analysis and Internal audit in various mining activities in public and development projects with WB, UNESCAP, UNDP, AUSAID and USAID. She credited with its contribution to the Responsible Mining Transformational framework of Mongolia and its benchmark evaluation which enabled leading mining companies to take a commitment to be responsible and increase stakeholder understanding in society.

    She believed in providing project design experience and resource optimization is enabling organizations to bring collaboration through inclusiveness and an integrated approach. She graduated from the School of Foreign Service and Public Policy Master in National University of Mongolia and was honored to be one of the Young professionals among 50 female roles, who made a change in the mining sector.

    environmentally friendly solutions for local businesses in Mongolia. Held leadership roles in

    Dr. Danny Chung, PMP
    PMI Region Advisor

    Dr. Danny Chung is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in international business and technology leadership. He has held senior global roles at Chubb Life, AIG, Cathay Pacific, and Sun Life. His expertise includes global strategy, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and program management. Dr. Chung has been a long-term PMI volunteer with over two decades of experience in various countries and chapters. He is also a longtime friend of the PMI Mongolia Chapter, which he supported during its formation and early conferences.

    Munkhtuya Tseveenbayar

    Munkhtuya Tseveenbayar is a highly skilled Transformation and System Analyst with over 15 years of experience in Management and Business Transformation Consulting, working with leading organizations like Accenture, Deloitte, and Mongolian governmental entities. She specializes in System Analysis, Business Analysis, and Change Management, with significant contributions to international projects with UNDP, ADB, USAID, and WWF. Currently a Ph.D. candidate in Strategic Transformation, Munkhtuya Ts. is also a faculty member at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, teaching Digital Transformatation, Project Management and related subjects.     Erdenebayar Sainjargal

     Erdenebayar Sainjargal brings extensive leadership experience to TESO Group, where he has successfully spearheaded the implementation of numerous innovative initiatives. He has overseen the introduction and management of new projects across various sectors, including technology, construction, and production.

    As the head of TESO Investment, an investment group within TESO, Erdenebayar S.  actively supports start-up and social projects, providing guidance and mentorship to emerging entrepreneurs and organizations.

     

    Roche Van Der Merwe

    Roché leads the establishment of the MPDO at Rio Tinto Mongolia LLC and will be pivotal to building collaborative partnerships with the Studies and Oyu Tolgoi teams, maximising synergies across our OT growth projects.

    Roché is currently working for the Defence Force in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) overseeing multiple projects to build capability within defence services. Roché brings a wealth of global experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects, with experience in mining, aviation, military, commercial, smelter and hydro-metallurgical projects.

    SoHyun Kang, CAPM, PMP
    PMI Regional Managing Director, Asia Pacific

    SoHyun Kang is the Regional Managing Director of PMI’s Asia Pacific region. SoHyun is responsible for growing markets and delivering positive values to individuals, organizations, and societies in the Asia Pacific region. In 2014, she joined PMI to establish the PMI Asia Pacific office in Singapore. Since then, she has led teams for chapter engagement, volunteer development, corporate engagement, channel sales, marketing & communications, and events.

    With close to 20 years of experience in professional association management, SoHyun previously led the development of regional growth strategies and implementations for growing communities of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) and ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering) in the Asia Pacific region.

    SoHyun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Korea University and graduated executive program at the National University of Singapore. She is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master). SoHyun lives in Singapore with her husband and daughter.

    Saruul Buaynjargal currently serves as the CEO of Infinite Solutions LLC and is a board member of Nest Education IS School." He has approximately 20 years of experience working in information technology and startups.

    Saruul Buyanjargal has worked on over 200 projects and more than 20 startups. He primarily worked on fintech sectors the USA, Japan, the Philippines, and Mongolia markets, collaborated with domestic banks and financial institutions and implemented over 10 successful fintech projects in Mongolia, such as Smart Bank and Social Pay, since 2011.

    He continues to work with his team on how to successfully implement technology-based projects in the short and long term, with multinational and culturally diverse teams.

    Saruul B. is a professional in system analysis, change analysis, and project management, with a focus on effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

    Uranchimeg Munkhbold, PMP, PBA

    Uranchimeg Munkhbold is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and
    Professional Business Analysis (PBA®) with over 7 years of experience in project management across banking, finance, and ICT sectors. She currently works as a Scrum Master at Chimege Systems LLC, where she leads software teams in developing AI and NLP-based digital products.

    Colin Murphy

    Colin Murphy has extensive experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, including 25 years of Project & Program Management experience. He was the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the PMI Mongolia Chapter when it was officially chartered in 2014. He has also served on the Board of Directors of PMI Queensland (Australia). For the past 15 years, Mr Murphy has worked extensively in the mining sector including a 4-year assignment at Oyu Tolgoi.     Mr. Kazushio Hazama is a certified Project management professional (PMP®) as well as a Certified Practitioner MSP® Axelos, Practitioner PRINCE2® Axelos5 and CSM®. He has been consistently involved in IT software project works for the insurance industry for over 30 years, and has been responsible for many system development projects, from planning to architecting new system development and project promotion management.

    From 2015 to 2017, He has planned a large-scale SCRUM development project that also used  a hybrid model of both SCRUM and waterfall, and led the project from start to finish development release. The scale of this project is Approximately 34 million USD in 19 months.

    He is currently in charge of planning and implementation support for Japan Post Insurance's next-generation system as PMO. He is one of the directors in the PMI® Japan Chapter.

    Davaadalai Tumendalai, Director, "Tavantolgoi Coal Terminal stock" project, Bodi International LLC. 
    Davaadalai Tumendalai possesses deep academic knowledge and extensive experience in project management, mechanical and electrical engineering, organizational management, human resources, advertising, marketing, business, and international business. 
    He is currently working as a director in charge of the "Tavantolgoi Coal Terminal stock" project at Bodi International LLC.  Davaadalai has contributed to the social projects “Children and Smoke”, “Mitigating the Impact of COVID-19 through Community Participation”, “Knowledge Products to Support Community
    Livelihoods”, and “Systematic Research on Clean Air”, as well as to the engineering projects  “Oyu Tolgoi Heat System Calculation Control and Improvement of Waste Storage Operations”, and “Sainshand Wind Turbine Park.” 

    Davaadalai T. earned his Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Queensland in 2017 and a Bachelor’s degree in Locomotive Engineering from the Russian  Transport Engineering University in 2011.

     

     

    Takeshi Hayama, Ph.D., PMP, President of PMI Japan Chapter 

    Takeshi Hayama is the President, PMI Japan Chapter/ Technology Strategist, NTT DATA Group Corporation. He has been a member of the PMI Japan Chapter Board of Directors since 2006, earning the prestigious PMI Chapter Leadership Impact Award in 2023. With over 30 years at NTT DATA Corporation, he served as Vice President of Quality Assurance, championing governance and risk management for system development projects. He has also taught project management at the Tokyo Institute of Technology’s School of Computing for many years.

    Julien Lawrence

    Julien Lawrence founded and is presently leading a growing Mining Services business (www.o2mining.com) headquartered in HK and delivering projects across Asia. Julien is a qualified Mining Engineer graduating with first class honours from the University of Queensland and is a qualified Project Manager, completing a Masters degree in Engineering Science specializing in Project Management.

    With more than 20 years of industry experience, Julien has worked in project development and operations throughout Australia and Asia across multiple commodities including gold and most base metals, iron ore, industrial minerals such as fluorspar and coal. Notable mine development projects with significant technical, leadership and/or project management contributions from Julien include working on projects in Australia, Mongolia, China, Philippines and Kazakhstan.

    Enkhbileg Gonchig, MBA, CPA, CPTA

    Enkhbileg Gonchig has been working as  Chief of Finance Officer at APU Group company since 2018.  At the same time he is serving as a Board member of APU Dairy LLC and an Advisory Board member of PMI Mongolia Chapter.  Enkhbileg G. is an experienced Chief Financial Officer, specializing in Digital Strategy, Business Intelligence BI, Enterprise Resource Planning ERP, Strategic & Financial Planning, Tax & Transfer Pricing Strategy and Management Accounting, and Project Management.

    In 2022, a new Project Department was established to be responsible for the implementation of large and medium-level projects of the group, as well as to support medium and small projects in cross functions. Currently, Enkhbileg G. is leading this Project Department.

    Enkhbileg G. was appointed in different prestigious positions like Head of Finance at APU Trade Company (2002-2006), Chief Financial Officer at Capital Group Company (2008 – 2009), Chief Operating Officer at APU Company (2012 – 2017) and Chief Executive Officer of APU Dairy LLC (2017 – 2018). He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from La Trobe University, Australia, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Oxford University in 2021.

    Christine YAU

    President of PMI Hong Kong Chapter

    Christine Yau is the President of Project Management Institute Hong Kong Chapter (PMIHK) (2023 – 2025) and she has been volunteering at PMIHK since 2007. During her volunteer role at PMIHK, she has helped the chapter in various roles and responsibilities to provide services to the chapter members.  She helped to establish the first special interest group, PMIHK IT Club for PMI HK Chapter in 2007, and also took on the Organizing Chair role for the first PMI Asia Pacific Congress in HK, held at Cyberport HK.  She has also helped to develop a series of soft skills training programme offered by PMIHK to both members and non members. 

     

    Ms. Yau was the HKCS Council Member (2017 to 2023), with responsibilities in membership and talent cultivation.  Christine was the Chairperson (2020-2024) of HKCS FACE, which is the first IT women club in Hong Kong established in 2015, with objectives To ATTRACT more FEMALE to choose ICT as their career; To CONNECT existing HKCS female members; and To provide opportunities to our female members to ENGAGE in Hong Kong ICT and HKCS activities.  Christine was also appointed as one of the judges representing Hong Kong for Asia Pacific Information and Communications Technology Alliance (APICTA) Awards in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023 with participants from around 15 to 20 competing members’ economies. Christine has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Departmental Advisory Committee (DAC) for Department of Computer Science of City University of Hong Kong from Jan 2023 to Dec 2025. Christine has been appointed as the Co-Opted member of Haven of Hope Hospital (HOHCS) and a member of HOHCS.  The Secretary for Innovation and Technology has also appointed Christine Yau as a member of Innovation and Technology Fund Research Projects Assessment Panel (2021-2024) and Enterprise Support Scheme Assessment Panel (2021-2025). 

    She has held various roles at different companies including Head of Communication Industry, managing revenue & P&L of the industry; and Chief Technology Officer of LPS where she was in charge of new technology exploration, solution reviews, solution offerings, eco systems (partnership alliance) and strategy of the company. Prior to that, her last position at MTR was the acting Chief Information Officer at the MTR Corporations Ltd, HK. She was with PCCW Solutions for more than 15 years before joining MTR where her last position was Senior Vice President managing the revenue and P&L for the Public Industry.  Apart from that, she has also held various roles during her career life, including Project Director, Programme Manager, Business Process Reengineering Manager, Database administrator, Analyst and Programmer.  She was also involved in opening new regional market and helped the company to expand into South East Asia region.

    Munkhdalai Tumendalai

    Project manager, Ulaanbaatar Metro Project, Governor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar

    Mr. Munkhdalai is currently working as a Project manager in charge of the Ulaanbaatar Metro
    Project at the Governor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in
    Civil Engineering at Kyoto University in 2019. After his graduation, Mr. Munkhdalai has gained
    experience working at Oriental Consultants Global, as a Junior Design Engineer, Assistant to
    Project Manager, Assistant to the Project Director, Associate Project Director, Acting Project
    Manager (During Covid 19) at Colombo LRT, Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Line-1, and Cairo
    Metro Line-4. Moreover, he worked as a Resident Engineer at the Hokkaido Shinkansen
    Construction Project, Sasson Tunnel Package at Japan Railway Transport Technology Agency.

    Temuulen Bayaraa
    Digital economic policy advisor, Smart Governance II project, World Bank
    Temuulen Bayaraa serves as a Digital economic policy advisor for the Smart Governance II project at the
    World Bank and a consultant in charge of National branding and international cooperation at the
    National Committee for Promoting Mongolia Internationally. She is a Board member of the Mongolian
    Business Council. Previously, while working as an advisor to the Minister of Digital Development and
    Communications, she led foundational research on e-economic policy through the "Mining to Mind"
    initiative and played an essential role in the market entry of global tech firms like SpaceX and Google
    into Mongolia by defining the policy environment and managing relations and partnerships.
    Earlier in her career, Temuulen B. worked as a Project manager for data and technology at the
    Innovation4.0 consortium of the National University of Singapore, where she obtained an intellectual
    property patent and facilitated its commercialization. Temuulen B. has also provided consultancy
    services to multinational corporations such as Sanofi and Singapore Government’s SkillsFuture Agency
    for lifelong learning and the Centre for Liveable Cities under the Ministry of National Development.
    Additionally, she has served as a public-private partnership consultant for the World Bank's
    infrastructure hub in Singapore.

    Battulga Norolkhoojav
    President of Mogul Group and CEO of IT Zone LLC

    Mr. Battulga  Norolkhoojav is the President of Mogul Group and CEO of IT Zone LLC. He
    graduated with a degree in Electronics Engineering from the National University of Mongolia. 
    Mr. Battulga is a professional with over 26 years of experience in the IT sector and has spent
    the last decade focusing on management and strategic leadership. 
    He led the management privatization of IT Zone in 2013. Mr. Battulga is also passionate about
    strategy, portfolio management, and project management. He is focused on concrete
    development of startups, entrepreneurship, and export businesses. In addition to his executive
    roles, he has held significant professional leadership positions, including serving as a member
    of the Board of Directors for the Mongolian Software Producers Association since 2015 and as
    the President of the PMI Mongolia Chapter from 2017 to 2019. 
    Mr. Battulga’s leadership and contributions have been recognized with multiple awards,
    including twice receiving the Labor Honor Medal and being named "Manager of the Year" by the

They utilize modern DevOps and Agile Hybrid project management methodologies to enhance mining operations efficiency, people and asset safety, and production sustainability.
